Employees need to learn respect. The manager is great but there's a few that just cause they young they can do n say as they please.

Got a footling double meat and double cheese turkey for my grandmother. The bread was cut very thin on the bottom of the sandwich. I got it not toasted but the meat and cheese heated. Lauren didn't use the correct tray. She used the 6 inch tray so all the meat and cheese wasn't spread out correctly so it was heated and melted correctly. When she took it out to put it on the sandwich she DID NOT spread ALL of it the correct full length of the sandwich. All of the cheese is just globbed on one half of the sandwich and not the whole sandwich. So I called back because my grandma wanted to see of they would mind making a new one the correct way because she wanted cheese the full length of the sandwich. The person that answered was rude and didn't seem to care that they messed up the food and that we paid for double cheese but yet have a sandwich that's half no cheese. The appropriate thing would have been to correct the mistake and make a new sandwich free of charge the correct way. So my suggestion at this location is either have the manager make the sandwich so you get a correct sandwich you pay for or go to a different location

I ordered a meatball footlong via mobile app. Big mistake! It tasted really bad. Had a bad onion taste maybe. Hope the ingredients hasn't gone bad. I ate half of the sandwich because I was very hungry. But other half will probably go to trash!They haven't even toasted it. Very soggy.This location used to be good. Not anymore. Not gonna order from here again.
Great service and amazing staff!
I went here yesterday with my gf to grab some early dinner. The young lady working did an excellent job at listening and making sure she got our sandwiches perfect and evenly distributing all of the ingredients and double checked that everything looked correct. It was a perfect subway sub! I didn't catch her name but it was Sat, Feb 20th around 3:10ish. Thank you! We will be back
