Filthy floor, dirty tables, dirty bathroom, staff texting, staff fingers in mouth eating cookies behind counter, asked for dishcloth to clean table, worker came out and cleaned couple tables leaving rest dirty before returning to texting, laughing & visiting with coworkers behind counter. Typically it takes a lot for me to leave an unfavorable review as we all have off days. Workers behavior and store condition mandated I provide this feedback. Purchased here multiple times over last 3 years. Todays my last visit to this Starbucks.
Found some very unique coffee cups, that some of the shops in el paso don't have. Always the best coffee and teas.

Customer service has definitely improved this last trip. Very friendly and engaging. Food order was precise and hot. Custom drink was on point. Glad they still had my favorite Caramel Brule left.
I'm going to give this 5 stars because our food and drink was ready and delicious. I had issue with the app. I was in the parking lot of another Starbucks and picked the location that was closest to me.. ended up, it picked the wrong one. I'm not from this area so I didn't know the difference.
