I've gotten poor service here every time with the exception of twice (out of nearly 25 visits in a 2 month time span). I usually order a very normal drink (coffee with half and half and cane syrup pumps). It's wrong every single time. Watered down, terrible tasting , always tastes different -- I'm confident I've only gotten my drink the way it's supposed to have been made a single time. A few more were passable, but most were not drinkable.It's pretty terrible considering the starbucks flagship product is coffee.
I don't often get a coffee, but when I do Starbucks is the place for me. They have even made suggestions that made my coffee even better.
Terrible straw cut up n couldn't drink out of it this is 3 rd time at different locations. Cold coffee delicious.
The seating area was clean but it may be time to replace the chairs. The service and coffee was awesome.
this is real service very friendly and efficient even know I was a little complicated with my order she remade it twice for me with no problem or lip thank you to this crew definitely will be back
Fix your hours it's 9:20 am Sunday and yall are closed I hate when company's lie about what time they open then people get here and your closed I wish doing this would force yall to shut down
Leaving New Orleans with a hangover? Stop here and grab a coffee; you'll be glad you did. Clean bathrooms. Quick and attentive service. Tip the staff A LOT because they deserve it.
Incapable staff. Lets you order online in advance even though you can't pick it up and have to wait in a long drive through line.Waited in front of the doors for 10min and nothing, they just simply ignore you.They don't respond to phone calls, they pick them up and immediately put the phone down. Worst service ever. The coffee was cold by the time I got it 30min after I placed the order.
Be aware, just came to this location January 7, 2022 and they are supposed to be open but they are locked up tight. People just want to work whenever they want to work nowadays I see.
Rude. No greeting when I walked into the store and I Stood at the counter for well over 5 minutes while multiple employees looked at me and would not take my order.
