I gave 5 stars because it was worth the wait. I was not in a rush. My husband and I are in a hotel outta town. So, I wasn't in a hurry and I wanted a snowball. But the wait was VERY long. I saw while waiting possibly 30-45 min at least 3 - 4 cars leave from waiting. Maybe they were short handed. This was my first time. I hated it for them to lose the business! Im all for small businesses. I would hope they would also figure a way for better parking/drive thru. Because their business could double or even triple! If they had someone taking orders outside and getting it to the workers inside could make it faster. They were very friendly and seemed to be working as fast as they could. Also when I got my snowball, medium size, they gave a regular short spoon. A long one was really need for this size. But it was my first time, maybe they were out? Would I go back? YES! Would I recommend the wait? YES!! Very delicious and not bad prices! May God bless your business more!

This was the best place to get a snowball in town. Now it sucks! They are overpriced, the syrup is watered down and your lucky if you get any syrup. I'm very disappointed! I will not return to this place ever again! I will bring my business to JUANIES SHAVED ICE!
Chocolate is watered down, not much flavor. southern Sneaux on Gause is best!

Our first experience with Snoballs - this place was great, although, we didn't know what we were getting into so we got the 32 oz snowballs - these were VERY large! Would recommend getting a smaller size... next time...
Took my grandson. The owner was so nice and gave my grandson a new Hot Wheels car. He loved it. I had a Carmel milkshake - so very good and no one else sells these! L
Southern Delights SNOWBALLS and Ice Cream I am officially through with you! I called and talked to the OWNER Larry last time. I had an issue. He told me to come back and get my next order for free. Well we returned, placed an order. The girl called LARRY as he requested and asked me to tell them to do. They reached him and he said he would only give me my nachos for free, but I would have to pay for the kiddie. On a normal day we get 3 snowballs, 1 stuffed and one cream flavor, which costs extra, as well as an order of nachos with peppers. You can keep your snowballs and nachos! We're through with you!!! If I could post the video of my, yet again, crying toddler I would. I would also give ZERO stars if I could because you don't deserve the one I had to give to write this review!
