Great attentive staff always friendly and fast.Although, their milkshakes are just ice cream in a cup. I literally used a vacuum pump and pulled 78 pounds of vacuum trying to get frozen ice cream through a steel straw. Unacceptable.
My carhop DJ, was my best carhop experience yet, he was the most sweetest person ever and his personality fits the job so well. Kid has really good customer service skills for his age. GREAT JOB DJ.

This is my favorite drink spot when I need refreshment. Nice and cold and not watered down like alot of places. And do I need to mention variety OMG
They continuously messed up our shake orders then just added toppings to make it seem like they did it correctly but they hadn't. We ordered a oreo cookie dough blast and a oreo cheesecake shake. No cookie dough in the first one so they took it back and sprinkled a little on top. The oreo cheesecake came out as just cheesecake so again they threw some oreos on the top and decided it was right. That was after they brought out 2 shakes that weren't even close to what we ordered. Strawberry and something else. They charged us extra too. Horrible. The server was sweet though.
My second time going to this location and both times I was disappointed. I ordered a double cheeseburger combo with Onion rings and a slush drink. My Combo came with a small Onion ring. (Only 4 onion rings and I wasn’t asked what size) The Onion Rings were rubbery and cold. My burger was great and the slush wasn’t slush ice. It was a drink. After eating the best Onion Rings at a Sonic located in Covington, I was so anxious to taste them again. Until I went to this location. There was no comparison. I think I’m going to change locations. Employees need to know you cook Onion Rings to order. Not give left overs that has been sitting somewhere on the heat shoot.
OMG!! I ordered a cheeseburger combo and when I tell you it was so good. Can’t wait to come back. The carhop I think his name was DJ is the most sweetest person ever, very polite. I tipped him really big bc you hardly see carhops like him these days. Thank you DJ, you made my day.
Food was fine, nothing spectacular but nothing wrong: not an issue. What made it a 4 was our car-hop (server) he was Fantastic. It was before hurricane and I don't remember his name but if I see him again I will give him the credit he deserves.
So I went to this Sonic because I was trying to redeem rewards off app and place another order but the app wasn't working it kept getting stuck on checkout screen. After I arrived I attempted again without success. So I hit the button and told the girl my issue but was told they aren't afflicted with the app and have nothing to do with it, therfore they can't help me with the rewards or give me the item at that price. I've never heard a food chain say they aren't afflicted with their app. Who runs it then? Seriously everywhere else I've ever gone would have still acknowledged the pricing but they clearly don't care about customer service here.
