Everytime we go there, the slush machine is down, they out of cheddar peppers and onion rings. I understand the supply chain shortage but put signs up at the stalls are something. Don't have customers order a complete order, charge their cards THEN come tell us what ya'll ain't got
When we started placing our order, it was very rushed as if we were interrupting and being a bother to her. The food was ok but very sloppy. We ordered a shake and it was dripping down the side of the cup when served to us. When picking up the cheeseburger out of the bag, the wrapper was not on it very well and juice from the tomato & mayo were running out. Lacking customer service & pride in presentation.

Only Sonic that had out door seating available. Wish the grass guy was not there on a Saturday late in the afternoon cutting grass around us but I guess the gardens needed to get weedeated at some point lol. Just our luck.
This is hands down one of the most disgusting fast food establishments I've been to in St Tammany parish maybe even Louisiana. They should be ashamed of themselves for serving the food which is utterly disgusting. It's as if they went out of their way to fry all the food in the same Grease for weeks on end. Sonic headquarters you need to do some quality control cuz this one is a swing and a miss!
Food looked and tatsed horrible. Under cooked tots, bread had no butter, and just a very underwhelming Sonic. Probably blandest Sonic ever. Skip this one
I don't know what happened. The place has really gone down hill over the last year. Maybe it's the work shortage but the service is extremely slow now. Half the stalls are broken now too. Really hope it gets better.
