The manager with blue hair, no socks and crocs, I think her name is Aaliyah, did not like that I heard her talking about me to her car hops. I had waited for four minutes at the drive thru before pulling up to the window to order. I had even said hello like five times before pulling up. Once I was there, even then, I had to honk my horn as the two ladies by drive thru were having casual conversation. The window was open and they both looked at me like I was crazy before being able to explain why I’m at the window. Once I ordered I was asked to move forward. I pulled forward, and then was delivered my food. The lady who delivered my food didn’t give me my entire order, so I called out to her as she was walking away. Totally ignored me. I then had to get the attention of another carhop to get it. The manager then asks the carhop loudly, “What’s with her attitude?” Once I received my entire order I asked the carhop who was the manager. I know very Karen lol Well, the same lady was the manager. At the time I didn’t know. But, once I asked the manager directly if I can explain to her what my attitude was about.. she continued to cut me off and got defensive. She kept saying, “I wasn’t there” “I don’t know” I asked her if she would let me finish. When she did, I said, I don’t know if that’s how you want to run your store, but…. and then she walked away. From my car I asked her if we were going to finish the conversation. She then turns around and says “I mean you can get out of the car if you want.” I said, “Excuse me?” She said, “You can get out of the car you know if you want to really talk about it?” I said, “Are you threatening to fight me?” She said, “I mean we can go if you want?” with gestures as her car hops pulled her inside. I said, “I am going to call the cops.” So I did call the cops. P.S - I never left my car until the police came AND I’m very pregnant, but interestingly I apparently according to Aaliyah I threatened first….. yet I called the police. Interesting. So I’m banned from that sonic as of Aaliyahs wishes as the manager working at the time. I stayed to make the report with the Slidell PD. I also called the district supervisor, Shane Waller, and corporate last night. This is not the kind of direct service that I’d would ever bring a family too and banning me by lying about the situation to the cops is embarrassing for that business. I pray and HOPE Upper management does handle this accordingly. They seem to have their ducks in a row. Just the direct service from this particular location yesterday (6/28). I, among others I spoke to, have had run ins with that same manager - this was my first. A shame one manager is causing many family oriented people to never go to that location again, or in my case, gets banned for standing up for myself. Incident 220628-001795 with Sonic Corporate.

Went to two different spots and never got any response after pushing the button. Tried the drive through but cars were not moving at all.
Ordered a grilled chicken plain..Checked it before I left, not plain..Went back through the drive thru told them it wasn't plain..Waited at window then was sent to park in drive up spot..Manager came out and said grilled chicken plain right? Waited longer..Some so called assistant manager comes out and tells me I have to pay for a plain one I ordered wrong..Which is NOT true....Told him to keep his sandwich .. I for one will never buy there again ..Went to Wendy's got a grilled chicken plain in less than 10 minutes
They charged me for a bottle water when they didn’t have any. I asked for a refund and the guy looked back at me like I was stupid and said “I’m just gonna give it to you.” Give me what? The cup of water? A cup of water is free. I did not get refunded for the bottled water. The worker seemed impaired. Terrible experience. On top of all of that, they messed up the food in my order.
Rest rooms out of order at my time of visit.. Slight in convenience since it's 9ne of the two reasons I stop here.. good was good though. Would recommend suggestive sales.. I didn't know I could make my blast chocolate until after I ordered and paid and I found that out from the screen and.
I would not recommend ordering online for pickup. One item unavailable, another item forgotten and cooked while rest of order lost its heat and crispness. Sauces for 2 items were not included.
Service is decent. Food hot and made to order. Love the variety of slushes available. Always have a weird aftertaste when I eat anything fried from there and drink afterwards but I think it's the type of oil they use. We always have a mix of both breakfast and lunch foods in our order if the kids are ordering so the 24hr breakfast option is great.
Hate the Drive through. Sometimes they won't even take your order!
I usually don't give sonic bad reviews, but last time I went, they forgot to drain the tots and I had a quarter of a cup of oil in the bottom of my tot's cups. I had to throw away because it was way too greasy.
