The service was good the young man that helped us was a good worker but when we seen our food it looked nasty the tots and fries were very greasy and soft and gummy my popcorn chicken was fried to hard and my hotdogs was made up wrong and sloppy and the outside of the building was nasty and stagnant and it smelled like sewer and rotting food right in front of their front door where you could sit if you wanted to it's really horrible we are not going there ever again... And our next call for them will be the health department because it's just that bad and they really need to fix that..!!!!!
Two weeks ago I ordered an xlg French vanilla iced coffee, got home and was not even sweet, gave me a new one got it home barely any flavor, got a new one still no good, 3 times had to return it before they got it right? Then today I ordered two sausage burritos and an xlg French vanilla iced coffee with no ice, got home one burrito had no sausage just egg and the coffee drink was packed with ice which means very little coffee drink. Every time Sonic, every time. I realize no body wants to work but come on do your job, it wasn't a difficult order. I love Sonic but this is getting ridiculous. Tried calling several times and got a recording saying it was full, so now you won't answer your phone? Sure didn't get what I paid for, let alone the gas I wasted. And the ordering screens haven't worked in a very long time which causes wasted time for the customer and the employees having to run back and forth. WHY SONIC WHY?
Placed my order but when brought to me, no mention that they were out of something I ordered. I pushed the button and told them and they said sorry, out of that item. I asked if they gave me credit and said someone would be out shortly. They came out to refund me but didn't give me credit for the tax...if I hadn't asked they wouldn't have given me a refund at all? not a good business practice. As a side note, my food was barely warm.Reading many reviews the response seems like a canned one..how about the company address the issues with the franchise owner? apparently there are several issues.
Came here twice today ordered sweet tea got home and I got a cherry coke, came back for a sweet tea got home and it tasted like milk. Sweet tea tasting like milk is a sign of bacteria. I took off lid and sniffed it and it smelled straight rancid.
Ordered a bacon burger here thru mobile app . Order took 30 mins to receiveBurger came with no bacon or any patty . Wth? Only thing burger ( buns ) was Drench in sauce and only had onion nothing else. Not sure who they got working at the location . They need to be retrain how hard is it to add patty to a burger . Pitiful
Slow.. as hell.Made a mobile order. Got there, checked into a stall, website said we're prepping... Cool, got it.This was a quick stop before I went on my day. I sat there for well over ten minutes. Not even like that were busy, one maybe two cars in drive thru. I had to tell them forget it and cancel.They didn't even refund me after I told them to cancel it.This location sucks, they are either too understaffed or just lazy and slow. They've also messed up my order on more than one occasion
I rarely leave reviews however I will tonight. I ordered 3 medium banana shakes. My shake tasted like pure ice cream and only 1 small piece of banana. My parents didn’t get any bananas in their shake. It was very disappointing.
Sonic is probably an all time favorite for me. Literally nothing even dood poisoning from a sonic. (not this one ,). Could ever make me say anything other than good. Now bring back them java chillers. And call it perfect!
Horrible service. No gravy in my chicken basket the bread was not toasted just warm and soft and they gave me 3 tiny chicken strips. It's like they weren't even trying to make my meal decent. Lost $8 for nothing. Thankyou
