Literally the worst thing I have ever put in my mouth. The service at Fremaux Smoothie King was so terrible. Waited approximately 15 minutes before anyone could even take my order. This is the worst smoothie king I have ever been to in Slidell. Even though fremaux is right by my house, I don’t even mind driving an extra 10 minutes to the smoothie king connected to marcos because that was the best smoothie king I have ever been to. The staff is impeccable and my smoothies are always perfect. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes in their drive through, even on $5 Friday!!
This was one of the worst smoothies I have ever had. there were chunks of ice in my smoothie and as i was drinking it i found a piece of hair in my smoothie. beyond furious.

Horrible Service..Literally the worst smoothie king by far..the staff is rude and not friendly at all. My smoothie was watery and half full.
This place is consistently terrible. Seems to always be a new face and they just don't know how to manage a line of people or make a smoothie the way it should be. My cup was not full two days in a row after I waited 20 minutes in the drive through line to get it. Stopped going for a while because they just never seemed to have it together. Day 2 out of convenience, and I'll never go back. Plenty of reasons to go to Pontchartrain for better service.
So you pull up for them to take order, she says “please pull up we can’t hear that good, our speaker is breaking up.” I said “Okay no problem.” We pull up she just looks at us.. then I say “chocolate gladiator” she says “sorry out of chocolate.” I said “okay vanilla 40oz” she says “we’re out of large cups” I said “have a great day” so I went to the one off of pontchitrain drive by cross gates gym. So much better service and treats you like they want to keep your business. It wasn’t that they were completely out of everything, the customer service was garbage. Get better employees. I would drive 2 miles and go to the other smoothie king
The store opens at 7 am. It's Saturday btw. I ordered online to pick up at 7:10 got there at 7:10. The store wasn't open. I had to make a quick stop and got back at 7:30 store still wasn't open. I seen a young lady outside waiting on I guess the manger to open the store...then they proceeded to have a conversation(not long) outside the store... at this point I'm annoyed because I've ordered my smoothie and it's already 7:30. I get to the door and it's still locked. Long story short I didn't get my smoothie that was supposed to be ready at 7:10 until 7:40. I hate posing bad reviews but this is unacceptable.
I ordered off the menu and they messed it up. When I mentioned it she was rude. I threw it out and won't be back.
My favorite Smoothie King in the city. Jeremy is the heartbeat of this store and so is the cute girl with the glasses (sorry, I forgot her name.) They both are always kind, recalling orders, calling customers by name, and so pleasant. This place is better because of you both. Thanks for outstanding service and being a Fremaux neighbor.
Horrible experience. Super long wait in drive thru- so long other customers getting out of cars to direct traffic for the parking lot shoppers. Ridiculous- waiting for them to take order, no customer service, out of everything on menu. Is there a management issue? Skip this location for better service!
