My boyfriend and I just ate here cuz we were craving some good sushi... This is the blandest most flavourless junk ever. The only thing with decent flavor was the soy sauce packets. Like how does pickled ginger even begin to taste bland? The chicken yaki noodles were disgusting and the chicken was tough and flavourless.All the spicy rolls had zero spice as well... Mind bogglingNever again. Just go to Kyoto 2 in New Orleans. You'll thank me later
We ordered dinner and had it delivered with Waitr. I ordered the LSU Roll and it had so much flavor. We ordered the Japanese Egg Rolls for an app and they were still hot and fresh. We used Waitr code LOCAL5 and saved money on having it delivered.
We were just informed that they switched owners. The food is nowhere near as good as it used to be. If you're looking for the same delicious taste Sakura used to have, maybe we can find it elsewhere. The sushi is super fishy tasting, the yum-yum sauce has no flavor, and the meat is so dried out.
I just want to say how much I miss y’all!! We moved to NC and have yet to find a Japanese restaurant that makes good food like yours. We ordered steak hibachi yesterday from a restaurant here and was disappointed with the presentation and the product we got. It was nothing compared to what y’all serve to your customers. I had to fix my hibachi myself to get it to taste somewhat close to yours. Gosh, I miss yalll!!!!!!!

Called over the phone for a side of filet & fried rice (had done this before) a young girl got confused told me on price and I pulled up it wasn’t $11 like she stated, but $21, she apologized and I said it’s fine and tipped $6 on what was supposed to be $43. 10 minutes down the road she called and said she forgot to put my sushi order in there. A total of 39 minutes with the food almost and then another 20 home. I get there (another lady was at the window) & said is there anything we can do for the absolute hassle and my food getting cold & she proceeded to hand me a glass yellow drink and I was like my food is getting cold and I still have to drive another 30 to get home. She said “it’s ok, we don’t want this to happen” I said give me a refund & she got the food back and the first girl got to keep the $6 I gave her. As a bartender and someone who works with food too, that was a ridiculous response & horrible customer service. . . Pho Bistro here I come. ?
I used to like it I haven't had it in about a year but I told my boyfriend about it and brought him to try it and we were dissatisfied for sure I get the California rolls they are kind of hard to mess up but they tasted artificial and the crunchy on my boyfriend's crunchy roll tasted like they got it out of a chip bag and not freshly fried like places normally do it
Hibachi rice was disgusting, barely received any lettuce with salad. Quality of food has greatly diminished.
First visit here. Went through the drive-thru and considering it didn't take any longer than any of the other drive-through places the food was really good. I'll definitely be back for the fried gyoza and tempura.
It takes longer than most fast food because they have such a large menu and most stuff has to be made to order but so worst it always delicious
