DELICIOUS food & generous portions. We had pizza, lasagna, bacon macaroni and cheese pie, and cheese sticks. All DELICIOUS!
We had a really nice lunch here today as we were praying through. The place was not too busy and the service was prompt. We only ordered some basic drinks and a few slices of pizza. The food came out timely. Our server was quite pleasant and attentive. I would definitely come here again if I was in the area.
The restaurant is in a great location and it is very pleasant inside. The wait staff was very attentive and explained the menu. The pizza and calzone didn't meet our expectations. The taste was sub par at best. It wasn't burnt but tasted like it was. Even the side sauce taste was off.
I went in to Rotolos today very hungry. My expectations were very high. They exceeded my expectations and went above/beyond. I was instantly greeted with a smile from David. The pizza was phenomenal as well. I ordered a medium sausage/pepperoni pizza. I found out that a female named Chrissy made my pizza. She’s makes great pizza. I will definitely come back and I will recommend Rotolos to friends/family/coworkers.
Husband and I are in town for a wedding. We live in Texas and love Rotolo’s pizzas so obviously we needed to find a Rotolo’s to eat at! They are currently short staffed so only to-go orders. The two staff members working were GREAT! Sweetest young lady behind the counter and the cook was great and made us a muffalata style pizza. Great customer service by these two!
Really disappointed...we had eaten there once before and were pleased with the experience.This time was bad...gouged on a small caeser we split @ $10.. we could have had a side one each at $4 apiece...(salad was good, even though dressing was not homemade..hence more than one star in rating).Margherita pizza was a 4 on a scale of 10...canned tomato and tasteless mozzarella and shredded basil...crust was good.Service was canned also...got some attitude when I only ordered water to drink... check back was done when we were almost finished... server had no personality and had the gall to write on the check "cash tips appreciated"....learn some skills in the art of waiting tables slick...and get oranges for your draft Blue Moon if your going to charge $7.00 for one.Also beware...the large fan makes it very drafty. And please store the pizza boxes in the back...not on tables out of the draft.???...not worth $43!
The crust was so fresh, the entire pizza was hot and delicious. Better than most. Would have given 5 stars, but some of the staff could have been more attentive.
I like the beer selection and the deep dish. Staff is friendly. Never had a long wait for anything. There's cheaper places, but without deep dish and beer selection.
Service was optimum. The cheese fries had tons of cheese and were delicious. I had the Krewe calzone, son had parm. Chicken, daughter had Dynomite shrimp tacos. All our food came out promptly and was piping hot, not to mention quite delicious. I would recommend this restaurant if you want a great meal. The menu has a lot to offer with something for everyone.
Pretty good! I would like more mozzarella cheese. Bit over priced.
