Excellent food & service
Great menu great service !!
New update. Came in today for my free birthday club burger. I had the whiskey bbq burger, add egg, no mayo, add mustard with sweet potato fries and sweet tea. The 1st set of sweet potatoe fries were cold but Sara brought out some Hot and fresh ones which was fine with me. I had the chocolate fudge ooey gooey with icecream. I hot the sweet and spicy wings to go with a cookie and cream milkshake. They do have bottomless sides with any burger. Wasn't many people during the 7pm hour on a Monday so it was a clean and quiet atmosphere. Bathroom was very clean. I was greeted upon arrival. I'm sure all the staff is awesome, however, i think Sara is my favorite. Highly recommend her as a waitress. Fyi...be sure to tip. They all deserve it. There is a small kiosk at the table for games and to pay your bill. Please join the red robin club, the rewards are worth it.!!!!!

Food is okay but not great, service is usually either average or downright awful. One time they threw away my keys, then argued with me for 30 min about how their servers would never, they gaslighted me and then made me dig through two different dumpsters DURING COVID until I eventually found my keys. Before I opened that bag the manager told me the jingling sound was just forks. Nope, it was my keys. My keys were soaked and the fob had to be replaced. Another time, a server handed my food to another table right next to mine, let them touch the food, then took it back and brought it to my table and pretended like I didn't just see that... during COVID. She tried to gaslight me too, and that event was a few months after the keys thing. Recently however the service has not been that terrible, bit it also isn't good. I would make sure youre prepared to be told you're crazy if your food isn't made right, they do NOT like being told they messed anything up.
Dropping off a Star from my previous review. The food on my latest visit was only OK. My Avo-cobb-o salad had some mushy lettuce that had obviously been frozen and thawed again. There was nothing wrong with the burgers we had, but they didn't really shine either. The waitress used a little tablet to take our order and runners brought the food and drinks out. This is efficient but it felt very impersonal, like our waitress was pecking on her phone instead of paying attention. She did a decent job, it just felt really awkward.
We arrived mid-afternoon so it was not crowded. Our server was amazing & service was great, especially since they appeared to be understaffed like almost everyone these days. Our server kept us informed as she and others hustled about. Our food arrived hot and tasted great. We'd gladly return to this location!
I ordered 3 gourmet burgers and 1 kids corn doggies. I’m pretty sure they split 1 order of fries between 3 burgers and a kids meal!!! I even paid extra for 2 burgers to have garlic fries. Why charge me if you were only putting 3 fries in each container!!! I truly hate that I was FORCED to tip before I picked the food up! Such a waste of my money and time! I literally could have went to Wendy’s for this!!! Indoor service is decent, but do not order for pick up! At least refuse a tip until you pick your food up ???
Haven't had a Red Robin burger in a couple years due to since I moved my new location doesn't have one near by. Glad we stopped in to eat cause we really enjoyed our meal and service. Wish they would bring back the zucchini straws (fries) as an appetizer.
Would not recommend this location. Horrible customer service, asked to be seated on patio & no server came out to take our order. We literally waited 20 mins & no one came out to even take our drink orders. We decided to just leave & even after receiving no service still decided to go inside to return menus instead of just leaving them on the table for the wind to blow them & not even an apology was given for the wait. Will not be returning to this Red Robin!
