The picture is what we ordered but instead we got one three finger combo with fries and ONE toast .. the other three finger combo with fries also and NO toast and the kids meal didn’t come with toast as well .. So we got no extra toast nor toast for the the other meals and to top it off my husband’s bottle water was already opened some how ..
Had to put 1 star because it won’t let me do 0 stars! Absolutely worst experience EVER! After paying for our food we were asked to pull up to the front doors. After 10 minutes and 15 cars getting their food after we were pulled up hubby went in and complained about the wait, apparently they “forgot” they pulled us up. Will not go to this location again!
Good but nothing I'll have to actually eat again. The tenders was decent but not really seasoned like Popeye's. The sauce was ok, but nothing to write home about. The lemonade and sweet tea was great. The cole slaw was on point. The crinkle fries were good but needed a little salt but that toast was awesome.
We arrived to New Orleans after having a delayed flight and car reservation cancelled. Heading toward Biloxi, Mississippi, we stopped here for a bite to eat. We arrived 5 minutes before closing. Not only was the staff willing to accommodate our order, they sounded and acted very pleasant - cannot express how nice that was after a long day of challenging travel. The food was delicious, warm and fresh that you would expect to get mid day. Thank you for an awesome experience. Will definitely be coming back to Cane’s for some more food. Management at this store, if you see this, please recognize the efforts of your staff the night of March 22, 2022 - service like this will not be forgotten. Also, Raising Canes if you see this, please consider franchising or opening additional stores in Utah. Thanks again!
My experience in this store was immaculate due to the friendly service from a sweet boy named Amari. This young man provided great service and made me like I was at home. He gave me some advice on how to order chicken from the restaurant and it tasted amazing. I will be returning soon to eat at this establishment again.
Amazing! They're always open late which is perfect for me. Foods always fresh, hot, and fast! Service is great, they're always positive and kind. 10/10 would recommend!

Phenomenal !!! Everything was perfect. So much better than Zaxbys. Chicken Tenders were generously sized and cooked to perfection. Friendly & prompt service. Much appreciated the lobby being open for dining and hours of service into the evening. Definitely coming back on the return drive and highly recommend.
Love the strips and Cane sauce. Seems to be a bit pricey to eat there more than once a week.
Popular place for locals. Nice friendly service. Great boiled seafood. Check hours before you go, like most places in area ,Selective hours. I dont eat here often because prices too high for me.
