Sat down at a booth to eat here with my family and while we were waiting on food, we realized there was a whole bunch on flying termites on the window seal. We moved to sit in the middle of the restaurant in hopes that we wouldn't experience any more bugs but there were bugs on the middle of the table too. We got up and left. This restaurant needs to be shut down!
I'm explain to you why by this time they should be indoor down they locks the doors let me have some more to this I'm not going to send a young man was rude but the manager right there next to him and he wasn't doing his job if you supposed to put the dipping sauce in the bag that should be the easiest job in the world I think he's not qualified to work yet let me leave it like that cuz when my dipping sauce wasn't in the bag I went to go to the lobby guess what it was like and I wonder why I just around to the window excuse me for my manners but I ain't friend like we in the Drive-Thru that was not moving nowhere fast I got the different sauces but they need to have a train people better to execute their job this is not recon scientist this is not no chemistry experiment it's just basic take the order make the drinks collect money and make sure your money is your and make sure the honest right how hard can it be I didn't have a bad experience but the young man need to train and the whole staff if you ask me to the manager like that everybody else is going to be worse son that's my opinion and that's how I saw it
Great food and the line moved fast
The food is good but the chicken is getting smaller and smaller I'm beginning to think that the chicken is baby chick's not what AL Copeland served when he was alive. Back in the day years ago Popeyes Chicken was a master piece and couldn't be beat. Popeyes could charge a little bit more money for bigger pieces of chicken like AL Copeland had and no body could complain. Take a survey and find out.
Recently went to have a To Go order, 10pc family meal with 2lg sides and biscuits, add 12pc butterfly shrimp for 4.99$. When i was rung up, charged 5.99$, disputed cost due to advertising quoting 4.99, told "that's Corporate miss information " paid anyway and get home to find Only 8 Shrimp! Not sure if I go Back unless dining in.P.S. this is the Popeyes with the live rooster.
Friendly staff. Typically there several times a week. It's usually busy and people always complain about the wait but they are a small group pumping out a ton of orders. Give them credit, as it is not an easy job because everybody loves that chicken from Popeyes.
It really sucks when you love Popeyes and this is the location we have to deal with. Make sure you have at least an hour to wait for food. Be cautious pulling into the drive thru because you will be trapped and will be late!
Best popeyes around. they even have a chicken working there!
They need to work on their customer service and people skills on their drive-thru I realize it can get frustrating but you have to have someone who's calm been able to deal with pressure Popeyes has great flavored seasoned food the only way you mess it up as a business are the people giving bad service I would easily take them from a 3-star to a 4-star based on customer service if they gave the same customer service as Chick-fil-A Chick-fil-A would get a 4-star if they were able to get better seasonings it's like they need to take a road trip together however Chick-fil-A sauces help out with the flavor and they're always willing to give out as many sauces as you like without asking you a bunch of questions or catching an attitude if you don't know all the names of their sauces
Service was slow at the drive thru and they did get the order right. They were at least nice to us.
