I frequent this location quite a bit, both personal and business (I DoorDash). Love dat chicken, but that’s not why I’m leaving this review. I misplaced my wallet inside the restaurant on Mother’s Day, while picking up a meal for the various mothers in my life, and didn’t realize it until the following afternoon. After freaking out, tearing my house and car up, and retracing my steps, I returned to Popeyes (store #2054) in Slidell off Hwy 190, and they had it locked up in the managers office. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING was inside my wallet! It was all there. The employees were so humble, they wouldn’t accept any reward, just my thanks. My faith in humanity is restored! I can’t say enough about the wonderful folks from all the crews that work there, day and night. A gentleman named “Don” is supposed to be the District General Manager at that store. He wasn’t in at the time, it he’ll be hearing from me very soon.
Don't come here. Dirty facility and staff is unfriendly with a bad attitude.

The food was very good. My only disappointment is that Popeye's has stopped serving their wonderful onion ? rings... My husband and I thought that at least they would still have them in Louisiana... That's the only reason I gave them 4 stars ?...
Ordered what I needed, received it fast, and was up and out of there. Keep up the good work.

Like any other fast food place, it has its ups and downs. But overall, this one has more ups than downs ??
I ate some chicken tenders and my wife had 3 piece all white chicken and it was the greatest and the sides were great too especially the mac & cheese
