It's great. It's a subway, but for pizza.I normally get the Sgt Alfredo, but I like to change it up once in a while and just pick my own toppings and such.Food is consistently good along with friendly staff.The portion is perfect since it's not too large or small. I believe that it's a 10in pizza.
We walked in 10 minutes before closing on super bowl evening. Pat was so pleasant and attentive to our order even with it so near to closing. We visited with him and his dad as our pizzas cooked. There aren’t too many places that I’ve been to that I feel such genuine interest and attentiveness. This was one of them. Thanks Pat!
Second time going here. First time, we were Christmas shopping and my husband and daughter loved it. Decided to bring my son, he recommended it 10/10. Met the owners and they are real nice people. I really enjoy the military theme. If I didn't live so far away, I'd come here all the time.
First time going and I was impressed by how quickly my pizza was ready. Food tasted good and the lady that prepared it was nice. No complaints.
The pizza was delicious! Service was fast! The lady who helped us suggested the Vet pizza and it was perfect. I'm looking forward to going back next time I'm in town.
Stopped here passing through heading back to Georgia and glad we did! What a great family owned business with some of the best pizza you could ask for, and they take care of our military with a discount. Pat, Cat and his family have a great thing going and we'll be back!

We needed to stop and charge our Tesla on the way back to Baton Rouge so we docked the car and looked for a local eatery to dine in while we waited. Pizza Platoon was a home run. We have several artisanal pizzerias in Baton Rouge but nothing compared to the pizza here. We both had the “build your own” and they were delicious. Great customer service, clean restaurant, clean bathrooms, fresh ingredients and the crust and sauce was excellent. We’ll be back!

We've been several times and always a great experience. They have some really good specialty pizzas or for one price you can have anything you want on yours. There's usually a decent selection of craft beer on tap which is pretty cool too. Locally owned, they support the military and they give back to the community. All that and really good pizza. You're missing out if you don't give them a shot.
