The app is really bad. No way to personalize or ask for dipping sauce for wings. Then, when I called the 190 location, was told they won’t deliver because they were closing…at 8:30 on a Saturday night? We ended up getting delivery from Domino’s.
Pizza was made according to our choosing. It was baked to perfection and tasted magnifico! The boneless chicken wings were coated with the mild buffalo sauce and were excellent. Breadsticks were great as well along with the dipping sauce? Scrumdeli-icious!
Very greasy to say I had a cheese pizza and even though the pizza was hot the cheese had no stretch kinda tasted rubbery. Cuts not equal.
The food was wonderful but the staff was even better! The 2 ladies working there were very friendly and efficient! Super nice!
I feel like writing a review for places like this is pointless, but I felt the need to do so anyway. Normally when I order Pizza Hut, it always comes with a sticker to ensure it hasn’t been opened since it left the store. I called and the guy said that’s only when it’s contactless delivery. I never choose that option so I guess they’ve been adding the sticker onto mine anyway. Which I find to be a good option, just because I didn’t ask you to just leave the pizza at the door, doesn’t mean I want my delivery driver fondling my pizza on the way over…. Speaking of delivery drivers, normally my drivers are extremely nice and friendly. Tonight a small silver SUV of sorts parks in front of my driveway, the passenger, dressed in basketball shorts and a hoodie, gets out and grabs my pizza from the back seat, hands it to me and says here you go. Then gets back in the car and leaves. Very strange. Does this person work for Pizza Hut? Do they normally send out two people in one car? Who gets the tip? It was weird. I called Pizza Hut and let the guy, who answered and immediately seemed uninterested, I told him what happened and all he had to say was okay. I wont risk having pizza from here delivered again.
They were so busy, but got order delivered quickly for a party.
I was missing my drinks and had to wait for them to be redelivered. By that time I was done eating and very thirsty with nothing to drink because I was in a hotel and the vending machines were broke
Driver was rude when I asked for my copy of the receipt. Your not going to write in your own tip, I gave you cash. I wish I could upload a pic of the pizza when I opened it. What was he doing, drifting before delivery? Pizza was smashed all to one side... Never again..
I ordered it with a different crust but other than this, it was good. They had a computer crash so the associate was managing it well. She was friendly and went out of her way to explain and ensure I got my order. Because of the computer issues and her dealing with it among other customers, I didn’t call or notify the store of it being made with the wrong crust. Overall I was pleased.
The delivery was fast and I was impressed with how good the wings were. Pizza was really good too. Always great service and fast delivery.
