It was the most beautiful and mouth watering pizza that was ever hand crafted for my girlfriend and I.The cooks efforts paid off as it calmed the beast I call my girlfriend. She cried and wined for at least an hour before ordering. She didn't know what to eat and as I listed every restaurant in a 30 mile radius the rage grew, I was terrified for my life. I was sweating bullets and getting hangry myself which started causing confusion.. As Pizza hut fell off my lips she started grinning like a Spider demon and was already ordering on the app before I could blink. We had to do carry out because delivery was a 90 minute wait versus 15, she would have started eating the cat or worse, my dog.Thank you for your time, quickliness, and for allowing me to live until dinner time tomorrow.
Worst pizza place ever. Ordered online, it’s been over an hour and it still says over 100 minutes until it gets here.
Ordered a pizza from this store. Will definitely be the last one!The pizza crust tasted old or frezzer burned!Tried 4 times to call the store. Kept going to the call center and they would send me back to the store phone, which they did not answer.So I filled out the email review and got the reply in the picture.Tried to reply to the email and it was rejected by recipient.Pizza Hut was my favorite pizza and I use to order from this store.Not anymore!!Hopefully all the Pizza Hut's don't have this bad of a customer service!
When you order delivery 4 HOURS in advance for a certain delivery time, actually deliver it at the time it was reserved. The pizzas were almost an hour late to a celebration at work event. Most people couldn't stay late and had to leave before they could even get a slice. Ridiculous waste of money.

I have recently switched to ordering from Pizza Hut and have been very pleased with my orders,however the order I placed this evening was made very sloppy and had little to no toppings. The meat pizza looked liked it was thrown together by a couple grade school kids. I will still give Pizza Hut another shot for this was the first time having any kind of issue. I will say when I am spending a average of $80 to $100, I expect to have my order come correct and complete.
My order to be hot not cold, it was burnt, I called to check my order no one answered first time then I called back and had to push option to place order just for someone to answer, then my complaint was never apologized for or tried to make right.
I ordered the triple treat for my family literally the worst decision I made in my life! We live literally up the street, my food was cold, the cinnamon rolls wasn’t cooked all the way. The pizza didn’t have little to no sauce! Now I see why I stop ordering from them the time before that they got my order wrong and my food was cold and my buffalo wings didn’t have any sauce! When I calledI spoke to a manger he said he would refund me he NEVER did I just said I wasn’t going back now look at me! NEVER AGAIN!
