The Lunch crowd was flowing and most tables full.. The Waitress was well mannered, professional and efficient, considering the mass of lunch goers The stuffed crab plate was absolutely delicious, must better than a competitor across the interstate. THE EGGPLANT & SHRIMP WAS DELICIOUS. THE BATTER ON THE FRIED SHRIMP WAS GREAT. THE CHOCKEN FRIED STEAK WAS SERVED FRESH & HOT. AS WERE ALL THE MEALS. THE PRICES WERE MORE THAN FAIR & REASONABLE. BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY THE TASTE & FRESHNESS OF EACH ENTREES * BETTER THAN ANY OTHER COMPETITOR ACROSS THE INTERSTATE, THIS RESTAURANT IS EASY TO GET TOO. MORE SCENIC & PICTURESQUE WITH LAKE PONTCHARTRAIN OUTSIDE YOUR WINDOW. THAT ALONE MAKES IT THE #1 SPOT OFF OAK HARBOR BLVD. SEE PICS OF ENTRÉE

Great place for North shore seafood! Boiled crawfish were great. Stuffed snapper was excellent. Po-boys and gumbo was spot on. Highly recommended for food and view.

When i say this place was awesome. The food was fresh and soooooooo good. I was recommended to go here by my boss. Had no clue it even existed except by the sign. The gumbo was really good, had all kinds of seafood and lots of okra. The Arnold palmer was not my favorite but the sweet tea was really good. My friend and i ordered the seafood platter for $21. She didn't eat oysters so got extra fish. They must vary on how much you get. She had 7 pcs of fish, 5 shrimp and mac and cheese. I had 4 oysters, 7 fish and 6 shrimp. Both came with 2 hushpuppies. The fish us actually a whole fish that they cut down the middle and then slice in half. I had the steamed veggies which were pretty good but the carrots were not consistent. The view was awesome! I wanted the creme brulee but i was too full. My waitress Sue was also amazing. They sell boiled seafood in the front as well. The only suggestions i will give is to clean the ceiling fan blades and the cobwebs out the sunroom area. Other than that i highly recommend this place!

If it hadn't been for tripadvisor i wouldn't have known this place existed. On a Tuesday night ,i called to check dress code & inquire if reservations were recomended/accepted before i make the drive to unchartered territory. No one would answer i drove over to find the place was packed before the sun set & a 45 minuted wait for a table for two.The bar was in constant motion and seats were open without the wait & the same menu.We took it and ordered Seafood Gumbo that was delicious and a Mahi Marliene that was beyond expectations. The sunset over the marina while we waited on our order with a great ending to the day & excellent meal. This place has great reviews for good reason .Thanks Tripadvisor!

Best seafood Ive ever had . Excellent and friendly service. A wonderful view for the sunset. Wish we could give more stars.

Very nuce place, My husband and i had a gumbo for the first time and it was great! Desserts were amazing too especialy the bread pudding. Service was not quite good, we had kristin F attending us and she just left for half an hour without any appearance. Also, she did left empty plates and glasses a while on the table which was anoying too as we dis not have much space on the table for the rest. I had to ask another waitress for help..good food but not happy with the service at all.

Ashley the waitress and supposedly manager has no matters. Won’t go back

The food was great. The service was awesome

I visited for the first time with my best friend, as she loves their food. Everything was delicious, and the portions were huge! Brooklyn was a great server and attentive to our table. I gave them a "4" only because the Halibut was a bit overcooked. I'd visit again if in the area, as the prices are reasonable, and there are lots of great choices.

Food was fresh & delicious! We've been many places but when the appetizers fill you up it says a lot about the portions & taste! Yummy!
