Only issue I have is about the wings.To rubbery.I am from Buffalo NY area so I'm not a big fan how others make their wings..
It was horrible. They gave me an undercooked pizza and i asked them to cook it more and it was as though they just left it on the warming rack. Im pregnant and cant eat undercooked food. The worst part is i feel as though it was on purpose. They disnt greet me until everyone else was seen and i was the 1st one there. Will never eat there again or waste $28 on them
Tried the new Yorker. It's not at all New York style crust. It's just slightly larger than large size pizza. I will be getting my money back.
Ordered NY Style, the one in the picture full of pepperoni. Added mushrooms and jalapeños. Well done does not me burned. Looked nothing like the picture. Minimal pepperoni. I will spend my $30 on a pizza from Olde Towne. #LastPizzaFromPapaJohns

Re-evaluate your staff here so that you never lose business again. You have workers that are allowing money to not reach your establishment by lying about wait times and also available delivery addresses and changing wait times. As a business owner I would consider this unacceptable. Your employees are actually directing your potential money and customers right to another establishment.
