Ordered over 50 bucks worth of food at the Pontchartrain location. One of the items was undercooked. Called to report it and was told the item is pre cooked and then cooked again at a certain temperature. That's great..but the item was still not fully cooked. Told me they would try to get another out when they can...? . Won't be ordering anytime soon from this location.

Management needs to fire whoever works the night shift, they completely neglect to do their job and put the customer on hold until they hang up or get disconnected. Truly insane they allow this to happen. Completely unprofessional and turns me away from their company as a whole.
My Daughter ordered 2 pizzas at 6:30 Sat July 24th, Pizza was finally delivered at 9:30 after 3 phone calls. Absolutely pathetic service.... Never again
We got the new poppadi's (I think thts how it spelled ?) they were DELICIOUS the service was quick n friendly will deffently go back.
Papa John's is much better now after they get rid of that conservitive whack job CEO
Manager very rude, judgmental and not clean...from making pizzas to the register back to making pizzas with dip in his mouth...no mask!....my last time going there!
Delivery service terrible and customer service is severely lacking. If the water is too high and you don’t know the alternate route- SAY THAT!! Don’t lie and pretend like NO one answered the door. Pizza delivery games? AINT NOBODY GOT TIME FOR DAT !!
