Food was spot-on delicious! The only reason I gave a 4 out 5 for service is it took at least 15 minutes for a server show up at table with water and another 10 minutes, at least, to get our cocktails. After that service was much better!
My friends and I had brunch 7/31. It was a very nice atmosphere. Our server was AWESOME SAUCE. The food was delicious. One thing could have been betterâ¦.the jazz music was TOO LOW you could rarely hear it. Weâll be back to try out steak night. #sundressandsneakercrewð

This was my first time to Palmettos. It was a wonderful experience. We sat outside just after an afternoon rain. It was delightful. The sounds of the duet were a welocming addition to our meal. We ordered the chef special tasting menu and were not disappointed with any of the offerings. The Panna cotta was amazing. We will be back!
No strip mall restaurant here! Palmettos is the best dining experience on the Northshore. Food is delicious, service is remarkable, and the location is picturesque Louisiana wetlands. An authentic, charming place in Slidell.
Altogether wonderful experience
Our waiter was the most friendliest person. He was enjoying his job and it showed. He was very animated in his presentations which we found very encouraging, especially during or current state of affairs. He made our retirement lunch most memorable. Oh and the food was perfectly prepared and delicious!! Wedge salad, BBQ shrimp and fried red fish.
We are regulars and Palmettos never disappoints. Ask for Natalie if you want the best dining experience ever.
