There’s a kid working the windows most mornings who is rude as hell-I’ve driven up to him getting reprimanded by his boss in the first window twice for how he’s interacting with customers. Both times I’ve given him cash he gives me the incorrect change back. It’s aggravating-like the right change to give back is literally on the receipt. I just can’t deal with his attitude-I say good morning and thank you to him every time and he just doesn’t even speak. I would hate my job to if I was working drive thru, but atleast respond back to a “good morning”. I sweaaaar I’m not a Karen! lol
I went during lunch time and they didn't have any fountain drinks??♀️
Food is the same as every McDonald's...ever in existence. But the staff at this location was pleasantly kind.

We stopped here for lunch on our way back to Birmingham. Loved our experience. There was a gentleman working there (I didn’t get his name) who was working the dining room. He was bringing out orders, checking on diners, walking around asking each table if they needed anything. I’ve never seen this at a McDonald’s before but it was refreshing to see. Thanks for the great service!
Store manager at Meraux McDonald's ALWAYS makes sure things run smoothly... unlike the one near Popeyes...
They sucked!!!! Rude at order intercom, rude at pay window oh and the best or worst depending how you look at it. They had no pickles and didn’t give sauce nor napkins. Since door is locked, had to go to pickup window and get their attention to acknowledge me. The guy waiting to get his food was there more than normal waiting cause he told me they hadn’t acknowledged him and never came to window until I slapped it to make someone to come to the window. Don’t go there.
I waited 20 minutes to get my order when I got to the window they said “our chocolate milkshake is coming out vanilla”
place is a Joke For sure!
