Worst McDonald's experience in 40 years.-Hair in my quarter pounder with cheese-Burgers and fries slightly above room temperature-No greeting or acknowledgement from staff upon entry or departure-15+ minutes to receive food with total 4 customers in restaurant. One customer left before receiving food, angry at waiting 10+ minutes. (At least four workers in the kitchen)-Staff ignored customers for the 15 mins we were there-Drink dispenser area dirty/unclean and un-stocked (only two straws)-Bathroom uncleanI wrote the owners (Masker family) a detailed, good-faith and positive email to let them know that the experience did not match their stated principles. Did not ask for anything. Received no reply, hence the review.

I came earlier today and ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal and a chicken nugget happy meal. We received no sauce when we ordered extra. I got a dr.pepper and they gave me coke. I also only received 5 nuggets in a ten piece meal. And the fries were missing off the happy meal. When we ordered the service was rude. All around this has got to be the worst fast food experience ever and I usually go to the tacobell on Northshore so taht says something. I also tried to call and talk to someone and no one answered the first time and when I called again the line was fully disconnected.

I had ordered here through curbside and decided not to take my order and I am now disappointed at the fact that I won’t get my money or my food and I try to enter the restaurant however they were close when their lobby hours says they are open at 5 am and its about to be 8am and I’ve been on a 18 hour drive so disappointed

Very good location the food was good only issue was they gave me the wrong drink lol other than that 5 stars all the way.

Drive thru. Understaffed yet the two workers did their best to service customers. My breakfast was hot! Nice.

Traveling home with a sick dog. The people at McDonald's were great

Came here at night around 9.45 to get some fries for my kid. Looked pretty busy and only drive thru was available. The line moved fairly quick and we got our fries but no ketchup. I asked for a ketchup and the person who served gave a not so pleasant expression and threw some ketchup packets into the fries bag. Then we parked beside the restaurant and to my surprise the fries were horribly made. They were thin and over cooked and had a bitter taste probably from old cooking oil(which we guessed as they closed within 5 mins of our order). We weren't able to exchange nor get a refund as the store closed and the fries went directly to trash.Definitely doesnt hold a McDonald's quality standard.

Food is good, and they usually do a good job getting it out on time. Now Burger King (*next door) has wronged me on so many occasions that I refuse to ever go to that one ever again. As long as McDonalds keeps on doing what they do, I'll go there.

Stopped on a long trip and while I'm the restroom I watched a staff member leave her stall after using the restroom. She then passed the sink without washing her hands. Then went DIRECTLY to the KITCHEN !!!!!!

Stopped for breakfast, there was a long line (I had anticipated and didn’t mind waiting in it). Ordered my food, paid and picked it up. Got home and it wasn’t even close to what I ordered and neither breakfast sandwich even had an egg on it. I understand it’s extremely tough right now in finding food industry workers and I don’t mind the wait; however, I expect my order to be correct or even somewhat correct and I expect my food to be cooked. The hashbrowns were soft and very undercooked. I will not be back.
