The Masker family has a monopoly of restaurants in Slidell, Louisiana and gauges the poor citizens of our city. We have no other McDonald's options. The Greedy Masker Family owns all the restaurants in the whole city of Slidell, Louisiana, St. Tammany Parish.North, South,East and West. How can headquarters do this to us. It is a sad sad day!!!!
This is for the store on Pontchartrain Dr. in Slidell, La:If you ever want to feel invisible, walk inside and wait to order your food. The girl working the register did every menial task she could do before she took any orders, and there were plenty of people in line. She took her time, and made it obvious. My order was incomplete, and I waited to get it fixed but again, was ignored by the entirety of the staff. So, I walked out without the things I paid for. Very rarely do I give a 1 star review on a place because things happen. But, when the lack of customer service is so apparent, and so intentional I feel like I don't have a choice. I will never set foot in this place again, and I recommend you don't either. There is another McDonalds a mile away from here that wants your money more.
Leaving Harrah's after a concert and we were starving. The crew here was fast and Super friendly :) We joked around with the manager on duty, he was just Great! Our food was fresh and hot,uch better than expected. Thanks again for making our night better!
Great service, but disappointed that they didn't have certain happy meal toys that were advertised on the door ??♀️
I ordered 4 sweet tears with extra lemon.... I got 4 unsweetened teas with 1 lemon
Got the wrong food , took a long time almost 4o minutes to get through , food was hot , people were nice , just looked like they were under staffed, passed again later and drive-thru was backed up out to the street when we pulled in there were only 3 cars infront of us .
We were in the drive-through and they were making fun of my mom for how much she was ordering… don’t go to the McDonald’s drive-through after five

Instead of giving us large fry and small drink she gave a small fry and large drink when I went back to the counter she'd rather argue with me and toid me I could be charged for the large and I'm like.what..... like you charged me for the large drink I didn't want! so attitude adjustment in thatMcBiatch
