This place is obviously a large upgrade compared to the other carryout/delivery-only chains in Slidell. I always order carryout. The pizzas are perfect every time and the employees are friendly despite being busy. It seems most of the negative reviews involve delivery. I'll never understand people that leave a negative review for a delivery order from any restaurant. That is, at best, unfair to the restaurant and delivery drivers.
First time I had a pizza from here and I loved it will be getting pizza here from now on

Pizza is good, but that is provided the toppings are still on the pizza. Most of the time they have all shifted to one side. It never arrives on time and they very very rarely have any of the sauces you order. Don’t bother calling either, seems to be a bunch of stoned high school employees working there. They also lie about when the is pizza actually on the way. Is anyone in charge? Can you ever speak with an adult?**I completely understand being shorthanded, I do NOT agree with lying to customers on the status of their order**

I ordered a pizza on 01-8-22. walked in there were three employees and neither of them never acknowledged my presence in the store. I waited and waited then walked out. There was a white lady walking in so I walked back in behind her. The lady was immediately acknowledged and serviced. I told the employees that they acknowledged this white lady but never acknowledged me when I was standing at the counter waiting to pay for my order. the employees are racist and people wonder why things are the way they are! Divided, can't get along because they refuse to open there mouth. They shouldn't be working in a service industry with that nasty attitude ????
First of all, our order was delivered over half an hour late. Second of all, the cheese was dropped in one tiny spot in the middle of the pizza instead of spread all over it. This made most of the pizza dry and inedible. Third of all, this is about the dozenth time they’ve made stupid mistakes with our pizza orders. Fourth of all, there’s no email address to file a formal complaint anywhere. And fifth of all, as soon as they finally answer the phones, they put you on hold and never come back. We used to love their pizza, but even our super picky little former Marco’s fanatic is fed up at this point! (Finally! I’ve been fed up for a lot longer.) Now, we are former customers.
Wish i could give no stars !! Worst experience ever ! Ordered a XL pizza with 2 toppings at 6:43 pm did not receive my stone COLD order until 8:26 pm !!!! The delivery driver Conner pulled up with his music blaring in an apartment complex where lots of other people live. I left my door opened a crack so I could hear him walk up and he tapped lightly and then just opened my door !! He just hands off my pizza and has his back turned walking away before i could even say anything to him ! Forgot one of my ranch dressings that i paid extra money for even after leaving a note asking nicely for them to please remember !! I will NEVER EVER go to Marcos again . There are way too many pizza places in this town to waste my money on this horrible customer service !!! DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!
Best damn fast food pizza in town. Fight me.
