Dirty. Carpeted floor in dining area looks disgusting. Krystal burgers were OK despite looking like they were just thrown together. They no longer have corn pups. Krystal Chicks have changed to a pre-formed patty that does not even look good. My husband took a bite or two and refused to eat the rest, saying they were nasty. Customer service was not good. Employees acted as if it was an inconvenience to wait on anyone. Wait was too long for fast food. Two customers after us said they waited 20-25 minutes for burgers and fries. One of those orders had the burgers not dressed correctly and had to be replaced. Customer complained and was told that they had a lot of drive-thru orders ahead of hers. Shut down at about 12:50, saying they were closing for the day in 10 minutes. Another customer came back in with her drive-thru order and said her burgers were “white”. She was told she would have to come back when a manager was present, but the staff decided to cook her some Krystal Chicks instead, at her request. I’ve been eating at Krystal when near one as far back as I can remember in my childhood. I don’t think I’ll ever want to come to this location again. Also, I do not normally give negative reviews, but this one is definitely deserved. At this rate, I do not see how it will remain open for long.
If I could give this place zero stars I would!!! Came here to take my children out to eat and the hours say open and close at 10 and they are closed. Went through the drive thru and waited there and someone came on after awhile and said they were closed. They were rude and disrespectful. They were laughing in the background because we were there trying to order. That is so unprofessional! I cannot believe they let them treat their customers like this. These employees need to be trained in customer service or be fired!!
Polite & helpful drive thru worker and fresh food.
The food was hot and fresh and not too bad of a wait time. However they will not let you inside to eat or order.
So they don't accept coupons online there's only two Krystal Burgers nearby ones in downtown New Orleans but they don't go by any of the Krystal Burger stuff. They make up their own prices they don't do chicken sliders by the Box Etc. If the guy wanted to open up a restaurant he should have just made up his own and not use the Krystal name.
Whatever y'all have done to your fries, keep it going!! They are delicious!!

Fast service. Food was good. Bathrooms and dinning area was immaculate.They are in the same building as Circle K. So convenient!
My family stopped here for a quick bite of food. Not a great fast food place. Food was handed to us cold and we waited in line for about 10 mins.
Burgers are just gross nothing like what I remember! I could drown in the amount of Mayo and mustard they put on burgers.
