Fresh shrimp were nice, clean, and fresh...competitive price. Didn't try any cooked food. Shrimp were far fresher and cleaner than the popular place a block down the street.
Seriously be careful going to this place they will over charge you and mess up your order. We paid $36 got the special plate and a sandwich. My husband ordered a shrimp plate (the special) and said hold the salad. They charged him for the plate and gave him only soggy fries. They closed by the time he got home. Don't waste your time or money I called and they told me the fries were $10 the shrimp plate was $13. I guess they feel their fries are more important than the shrimp. I guess if my math is right you can get a side of fries for $10 and a side of shrimp for $3. If I ever come back I will ask for that $3 shrimp. If I could give no stars I would. Be an old person check your food at the counter before you leave oh and don't let them keep your receipt which they make you give them to get your order. They weren't even busy.
This place is so nasty and dirty ! The crawfish is really good but do not buy anything else ! Dead flies in the food ! I told one staff member about the flies and her response was “oh” . One guy fish the insect out a spoon and continue to serve the food to people! Nobody cared !
This place was phenomenal. I was recommended by friend to try them when tasked with providing chicken/party wings for an event on a short notice. The food was ready when needed and was quite tasty. This place really came through.
Ordered a shrimp plate at 7:20. They were closing at 8:00. The shrimp were good but the sides…. The potato salad was spoiled and the rice was dry! One and done!
Was really excited about trying this place. I love hole in the wall places. I ordered my food, and waited while several other customers were taken care of before me. I waited, and waited while more customers were serviced. The kitchen is visible to all customers. I saw what I thought was my order sitting, getting cold in the kitchen while the woman at the counter was eating in front of me. Having been in the restaurant business for 30 years, I was disgusted. Still, I let it go. Finally I asked if that was my food sitting there, it was. The only person that seemed concerned was the young man, who eventually gave me my food. Got home and started to eat. I ate a few bites, and threw it away. $20 down the drain. VERY disappointed. Don't waste your money there.
The chicken wings and shrimp fried rice are amazing! Tried the crawfish too and it's pretty good. This spot is a must visit for those who love flavor.
My husband loves, but phone lines going straight to “ mailbox full” not even ringing? Forcing us to pay extra $$ , yhrough delivery app just to get through to order! Need to fix orGet another phone line??
Good crawfish and boiled shrimp! The hot sausage on French was really good IMO. The line outside the door on occasion is evident of how good the food is.
Small place but fantastic food with a wide range. Boudin was just incredible!!! Highly recommend.
