Great food! Fantastic employees, we had coupons and had never been but my children are both raving about how delicioustheir subs were, everyone working the counter were working together to pump orders out fast and with precision, the young man help with the coupons and he was very patient and knowledgeable, thanks for the great food and teamwork!!

Hammond, LA location ..Today was my First and Last Time. 7 inch club, large drink. cookie..$13.00..Nothing more than thin sliced tasteless lunch meat..mine was take outorder, if it had been inside order would have requested a refund

Unconcerned customer service. They were to busy in the back room Gossiping and ignoring taking my order. Once a person emerged, she was cold and snippety taking the order wrong, like its numbers, I always order #14 not #17. The only attentive person was the girl at checkout who promptly insisted on collecting. After standing there for 3 or so minutes with no one making the Sub I said please make my sub or give me a refund. The gossiping redhead girl in the came out from the back room and slapped my refund in my had without saying a word and with an angry look. All it would have taken was I’m sorry for the mistake and lack of good customer service instead of a lost customer for good. Sadly, my grandson who is a manager there who was off Tuesday evening thus sloppy customer care.

12 ounce sodas in the can were $2.50 but the sandwiches are excellent!
Let me just say this place is AWESOME!!!! Great environment. Great food. Great staff!! Everyone was so nice and helpful from the moment I walked in. It was only my second time being there but both times were so pleasant I had to write a review! Got my food so fast and all ingredients are fresh and made right infront of you! Italian sub was so worth the 30 min drive. Will be returning.
