Decided to come here for my 29th Birthday. Came in there was only two other customers there, got Dat down waitress never told us her name. We ordered are drinks and then put in our food order. Then my sister opened up her silverware and there was a baby roach just crawling around, after an hour no one ever came to check on us or even say anything about our food. It was the WORST IHOP visit ever!! Will NOT BE GOING BACK nor Recommending THIS IHOP.
This experience was awesome. I was in my Armed Forces Uniform with another soldier having breakfast. We both were greeted and treated wonderfully. We both felt the love in this IHOP this morning. And the food was great. Thanks.
My wife, my son and myself went to IHOP this morning at 11am. When we ahowed up thwre were about 8 people in front us with maybe 5 tables already seated. We were not asked about our party for 30 minutes. Once we were seated our order was taken.Now we waited for 1 hours with no contact with our server. Two tables seated flatter us were served and finished their meal with still no service for us. Thete were 3 servers, 1 bus boy and a manager. I had to go the kitchen to yell our server that we were leaving, and the extent that we were upset.
IHOP I believe is a forgotten treasure it's said this is due to a waffle house infestation. Waffle house will never be in the same league. However please bring back your refillable ice coffee. And strawberry banana pancakes changed my life
Food was decent when we finally got it. Staff needs to be better trained or need to just hire new, more experienced staff. Waiter was waiting on 1 table at a time, took their order, brought their, food to them, before going to another table to even take their drink orders. This location has gotten worse everytime I've been here.
Ms. Candice was a nice waitress but however whoever the cook was must never took home Ed in school Because the food was TERRIBLE. Pancakes had no fluff and were cold. Chicken tenders wasn't tender very rubbery. All around I give the food a 1 for effort and service a 10.
Great service. Young guy waiter by himself and had numerous customers. But he made me feel like he really cared about my visit. Job well done young man.
Waitress was great. Atmosphere was very bad. Restaurant was so cold food got cold before you could finish eating. They must air condition the Restaurant in the winter to force guest to eat fast and leave.
Employees are treated horribly. I walked in to deliver doctors notes for 2 people (my adult child and fiancé). My 2 children both tested positive for covid and so my fiancé was taking out of work for 5 days. The manager proceeded to crumble and throw away the doctors note for my fiancé and said he wouldn't accept it and my fiancé better be at work tomorrow. Regardless of doctors orders. Turn over rate at the location is horrible because Don the manager treats his staff horrible and does illegal things like throwing away legal documents excusing employees because of covid exposure.
Horrible Horrible Horrible service. Never ever answer the phone. Curb side is done at 11 your order is just sitting on the corner for 45 minutes getting cold. They say they short staff but if you ask me the manager just sitting there.
