Don’t waste your time stopping at this dive. I ordered the shrimp platter and they came out cold and gummy. Cole slaw was more mayo than cabbage and was tasteless. Waitress could care less and I had to ask three times for a little more ice since my iced tea was warm. I was not a happy camper and I hardly ever complain!
That was my first and last time here. The food was horrible. The service was good. I will leave at that.
We ordered the meatloaf and mash potatoes special. It was delicious! Cannot wait to try other foods on their menu!
My wife and I just happened to come across this nice local place. We were on our way to New Orleans and just got hungry so we wanted something besides the regular fast food found this place.
Shrimp Po boy had absolutely no flavor... shrimp was breaded and that was it! No spices. Salad was smaller than my hand for $4. Skip it and save your money.
Shrimp po boy and Hushpuppies were very good. Customer service was terrible. The woman who took our order was very rude and was rushing us. Also we brought in our own water bottles and we were told we were not allowed to bring in our own water because they sell water there.. There were no signs stating that we could bring our drinks in. She gave us cups to pour our water into because the owner was working and normally she wouldn't care but he was there.
My experience was great, and the lunch specials are a great deal.

I ordered the shrimp poboy and let me tell you it delivered like UPS. So good. Shrimp was fresh, hot, crispy, and seasoned perfectly. The hush puppies were sweet.
