Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever witnessed. Was told my order would be delivered in 30-45 minutes so when I called after waiting over an hour, I was told the order was just put in the oven and it's going to be another hour or so! He was very condescending and rude...my family will never order from here again! Whatever male answered the phone at the Slidell location on 4/01/22 @ 7:51pm should be fired and not allowed to work in any form of customer service.
This place deserves a reward and a raise.The patient guy that helped the super rude woman in front of me deserves recognition. She was the worst customer any business could encounter...orders things that are not on the menu and he helps her while she is still yelling at him. ORDER OFF THE MENU! Especially 20 min before they close.My pizza was perfectly cooked and to my desire. He was so polite. The best customer service ever. Kudos to the staff tonight on 2.20.22.

Great job. Not sure if the bbq chicken bites are supposed to have cheese on them, but YES. Very good. Added extra cheese to my pizza and they delivered on this too. Most places will kinda add extra cheese. This store. Loads it up. Awesome. Thank you!!
For 6 years service was awesome. Now must have new management kids answering the phone are very rude and at one point even hung up on me. Not a problem though, Just as easy to order from Pizza Hut.
We ordered $112 of pizza for my nieces birthday! They didn’t have 3 things that were in our order in our delivery order so we called them 4 times and they hung up on us so we drove all the way across town to the store and knocked on the door and they told us we are closed we told them we need to speak to a manager because we are missing food. It was my first experience with Domino's. What a nice surprising choice. My pizza was great, thin and crispy pepperoni,service also great,none of my extras(parmesan) were forgotten plus delivery was amazingly fast. Well done Domino's ???
The food was perfect. Nice and hot. However, we ordered delivery and the food was not delivered on time. We waited over 2 hours for our food. I am very upset about the wait.
My order is always hot and fresh. The team is always polite and helpful.
