I am a loyal customer of dominos and have been for years. I don’t order any other pizza places but them but to wait 1 whole hour for 2 pizzas that has been in “quality check” for 40 minutes is ridiculous. I no longer will do delivery from this dominos again because by the time you’ll get your food your starving at a whole different level. I’m very upset! Being pregnant makes it no better that I’m irritated. I hope they increase the pay there so that they can hire more people or something. Get it together dominos!
Horrible service waited almost a hour for my delivery. Called the store only to be informed that my order would have to be picked up or have to cancel because there are only 2 workers (lie) but an update call on my order would have been nice instead of having me wait till they almost close to try and cancel my order
Waited two hours after not being able to get through to them to find out that my pizza wouldn't be delivered for another two hours because they were backed up. I understand being busy and understaffed, what I don't understand is why this has happened multiples times over the years even before covid. Not a single restaurant or fast food establishment I've worked in would allow the phones to ring nor would they ever immediately hand up after answering. The only other Domino's I've experienced with consistently worse service than this location is in Baton Rouge near LSU. The delivery drivers are this places saving grace once you can actually get an order to be delivered.
This domino’s I would never recommend they always fail I’ve wasted so much money with them I’m done please get it together gotta have morals bro n I never see that in them
We order 3 pizza 9.37and now is 11.30 we check our order they said arrived estimated is 11.56 ???

They actually get the order right no matter how you like the pizza. Delivery usually has a waiting time-
Order 4 pizza from here last month they only put 3 in my trunk and I didn’t notice until I got home…called the store back and they said they can’t refund me but can put a credit on my account….called today and they said no credit on my account….well not be doing business here again!!!!
Just placed the order for dominoes delivery 45 minutes ago and received a call from the lady saying that they aren’t able to deliver my food because they only have two drivers after 45 minutes of waiting for my pizza to be delivered and now it’s going to take 3 to 5 days to get my money back on my debit card this is ridiculous I will be going to corporate to complain on how unprofessional this is.
I called to order a pizza,well Sue Answer the phone,she was rude when taking my order.So I go pick it up my pizza, they couldn't take 50.00 bill,so I had to pay with cc..Well I get home to eat,it's brunt dry and And taste like cinnamon.... Use the right Pan Sue, Domino's should just close down... The people they got working for there are running down their business, And quality of food...
