I ordered online$40 worth of food. I had someone pick it up for me, because they were heading this way. When I received my food my drink, bbq sauce, and okra were all.missing. when I called the manager was very rude, and stated they only have 3 people working. My food was cold the bread hard and I guess because of the shortage I was supposed to accept my missing food. This place was horrible. They, including the manager puts a bad name on dickeys. Will never recommend.
I happen to have been in the area yesterday on Mother’s Day and decided to stop over and get a few pieces of ribs. I ordered online while I was waiting to meet up with someone. Shortly after ordering and paying for the order, my phone rang when I answered it was someone from Dickey’s saying that they may be of ribs. I was appalled I said a rib joint out of ribs?? he said oh yes it’s holiday it’s Mother’s Day and I said well I would think that you would have made more in anticipation for a bigger crowd. he was rude and is very sarcastic in his mannerisms. I felt as if my business was not appreciated so when I went into the restaurant to pick up my food he made another comment about running out of food at any point in time but that was not acceptable to me. I stated something about putting a notification on your online so you would not have customers order food, pay for it, and then get a phone call stating that you don’t have what they ordered. Again very rude and he definitely did not appreciate my business so you will never have to worry about me going back to this Dickey’s any time soon or within the near future ! I hate to look at things black and white but there were definitely some undertones.
The food and customer service was great, the only issue was not being able to get my burnt ends. Other than that the service was awesome
Pulled pork sandwich and Mac and cheese was very good. Ice cream for dessert was free!
The frito pie was too good. I ate too much lol! A hint if spice and just awesome!
Very good southern barbecue. It's more like a fast food set up than a traditional barbecue, but the pulled pork was good. The sides were great. The sauce is a tangy, sweet, smoky combination. I will go back tomorrow for the smoked beef tips if our swamp tour concludes in time. We arrived at 8:30 pm and they were sold out for the day. The place closes at 9. The young girls working the counter could use some work on their people skills, but they took our order and delivered our food efficiently enough. This place also offers catering.
The person preparing the order acted like he didn't want to be bothered, slamming the food down and just downright rude. Portions were small. Wasn't worth the money I spent.
I gave 4 stars because we really like to eat here every few months. They are always very nice & my sons love the free ice cream! I always get the pulled pork but we’ve also had the bbq chicken, the ribs & the brisket. The meat isn’t always HOT but the fries are made to order so they’re always fresh. My kids love the Mac & cheese too!
I just ordered Dickies through the Waitr App. I got a Brisket Sandwich, Two meat Plate (chicken and pork), and three chocolate chip cookies. The first meal was right. The second meal there was no chicken, my side was wrong, and there were absolutely no cookies. Couldn't even get utensils. I did not want to order from here, but tried to give it a shot and clearly it was a mistake. Never getting from here again.
