Went in to pick up a doordash order. It was supposed to be ready at 5:30 which is when I arrived. 20 minutes later I ask what am I waiting for ? your "head chef" said waiting on your Burger. really? perhaps my Burger would have been done at the correct time if he he would have been more concerned with getting orders out then Goofing off with the other employees. it doesn't surprise me though when I heard him tell the other cook I don't make enough money here to really give a s***. It really didn't look like anyone there knew what they were doing. I'll never return for delivery or dining.
People are very courteous place is clean and also women's bathroom is clean Dairy Queen good as always

I want blast her name (caylin) oops however possibly next time use proper customer service like a professional person is supposed and stop overcharging customers.

I would not give this place 1 star !!! I sat in line before 6 pm. And as soon as I got to the window the lady said they closed at 6 . It was mind blowing because the manger came outside and said he looked at the line . Well for some reason he didn't see us sitting there and WONT give me his name .He would not listen to me . He was saying. "oh no I walked outside and seen the line" . As Im telling him " yes I can tell you also what the cars look like in the line Sir ".Idk if they DON'T CARE ABOUT THAT WE JUST HAD? Their was no bacon on the bacon cheeseburger combo. The burger was dry. Great blizzards and shakes.
for starters you could actually fill a small blizzard all the way up. got a small butterfinger blizzard yesterday and it was only half full... lazy or greedy???
