We visited here to celebrate my mom's birthday and parents anniversary. Madison was our server. She was extremely sweet, friendly and patient (we had a 3yr old and 5yr d with lots of energy). The food was fantastic! The entire experience was phenomenal! From the hostesses to food runners and our sweet Madison made our parents day even more special. We will definitely be back!
Great stop for just visiting the town if you're looking for delicious, flavorful, filling food.I had the crab hash off the brunch menu with some cheesy grits on the side. Loved the combination of flavors - it was a mix of poached egg with hollandaise sauce over mix of sweet potato, mushrooms, crab and honey.Sat at the bar and staff is super friendly!
First time trying this place. Did NOT DISAPPOINT!! The Hot crab claws were amazing!!! My husband had etouffee and thought it was delicious! I had the spicy herb fried chicken. It was the second best fried chicken I've ever had, second only to my grandmother's fried chicken! Waitress, was friendly, accommodating and attentive! Definitely recommend this place!!!
Had a nice “ day date “ with my husband ( His first time eating there ).The food was delicious. Our waiter was nice.
I visited Copeland's on a Saturday and discovered they serve brunch on Saturdays and Sundays until 3pm. Well, this was absolutely the best brunch I've had in a long time. The variety of tasty dishes amazed me. The Chicken and Waffles were superb! The prices were also very reasonable. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.
Great service, fantastic food, but oh oh oh the gem of the south... creole cheesecake. Crab claws, bomb. Eggplant pierogue, bomb. Red beans and rice, best I've ever tasted. Why this place only has 4.2 stars is complete mystery, generous portions, fabulous value.
Mmh I rarely ever go here but it's always a treat and they have some good creole dishes for being an established restaurant (sorry for the blurry photo)
They have delicious food, and their desert's are amazing. Our Waitress was great as well. We'll be back
I had the veal dish which was disappointing. The veal was tender but a very, very small portion the dish was just a big plate of pasta which was supposed to have shrimp but there were only 5, for $20 pass on this. My fiance had a steak which he enjoyed but the baked potato was awful. Service was slow~ unfortunately we weren't impressed.
So happy to eat, drink and enjoy our family at Copeland’s. The one in the Washington DC area closed down years ago and we have missed the delicious food and drinks .
