My family have been happy customers since this restaurant opened. Today, I was met with a hostile and rude worker at the order position in drive thru. Order was ruined by burned fried okra, half-filled sides and missing items. Could not go into store to lodge a complaint and ask for a refund as the doors were locked. We will never be customers in the future.
The drive thru wait was unbelievable. Just should not take that long. I won’t be back and I would not recommend to anyone. After waiting in the drive thru line for 26 minutes I get to the window and the young lady says there will be a 15 minute wait on chicken would you like to wait? Thank god I’m saved and I know it’s no-that young ladies fault. I looked in the window and there were no one else in the kitchen. Hope she. Wasn’t working alone. Poor thing. Church’s chicken on Gause in Slidell you must do better.
If I could give zero stars I would. I used the website to order because ordering in the drive-through is always a test of patience. I asked for a receipt (so I could check my order and, well, have a receipt) and I was told "the receipt machine was broken". I asked how they knew what the order was and the manager said it was on the video display, but if anything was missing he would make it right. I checked the order before I left and found items missing. When I went in, which they told me to do, one of the order fillers said she "knew" one of the missing items was with the order, but it wasn't and I told her I wouldn't be in there if it was. I got attitude from the manager who said "they would make it right" AND still got shorted 6 biscuits because by then I was over being there. $60 for a 10 piece dark and 4 sides, over $3 for one piece of corn, and I gave up on the 6 biscuits because I'm never going back. SAVE YOURSELF and don't go to begin with.
Had shrimp and tenders combo...it was ok...2 chicken legs i had on the side was fresh but too little, hardly no meat... staff were friendly
Church's Chicken is always fresh and hot! The only 2 complaints I have is that ordering over the speaker, the workers always yell and when we get our order home they ALWAYS forget something! I hate going right back so I have to make time within the next day or two to go back to get the items I paid for originally!
I realize they’re shorthanded, seems like everyone is, but only two cars ahead of me it took 22 minutes to get my food. They also forgot the rice. Great chicken, terrible service, bad management. Hate that I love their chicken!
Rude, unprofessional, and didn't give me the right order. I ordered 10pc spicy, dark meat. They rang me up and proceeded to give me original, not a big deal but when I asked about the discrepancy I was told "oh we don't have any spicy" when they could have and should have told me before ringing me up.The whole time I was in the store they were arguing back and forth talking to each other instead of even acknowledging I was even there.
My family and I sat in the drive-through and were told to drive around it would be 15 mins for our meal. We waited for 20 mins. Our food was still not ready, went to the dine-in area and was directed to only use drive-through. A lady came outside and said our wait time would be an additional 25 mins.We requested a refund and left the area.
Food is great, service is fast but not so good, restaurant was taking orders to go only. Also my order was wrong.
Employees are rude and hang up on you when asking how busy they are on the phone. Lobby is also hardly ever open. Combined with an outrageously long drive through line, you may be waiting hours before you finally get to eat outside.
