Been going here for 3 years about once a week. Over the past month, the food hasn’t been the same. Seems like all new staff and the portions sizes have cut in half and the prices have gone up. I love chipotlebut what happened
Food is always good. I would have given 5 stars if I didn't have to order online to get the quesadilla for my meal. For some reason, it's only available when ordered through the app.
Service is always great for me! I have seen the employee's there get treated bad by customer's, Not cool! Food is delicious as always.
This place is horrible customer service. After standing in line for 45 min they told me I could not order a burrito it was online only. And you can not read the horrible hand writing on the make shift sign on the door.
I work here. I'm a disabled 0311 veteran and I have always been turned down for work due to my disability. Chipotle is the first company I worked with since the end of my service that feels like they actually care about me as a person. They commicate with me everyday to make sure I'm well and give me breaks if I need it. Everyday I work they feed me and I can't get enough of some of the food. Please come to eat here. You won't regret it. The Chipotle workers are great and usually put a smile on my face and they will make you smile too. Our workers are very perfesional as well. I recommend the burrito bowl with mixed rice and steak. Don't forget the yummy caso cheese. Chipotle feels more like a family and I hope you come vist us sometime and have a great family experience like I have had. UwU ~ peace out ✌️.
I always feel rushed when placing my order. My daughter loves Chipotle so I go there and have been aggravated in the past with how rushed they send you through the line. Whoever this last time I went in is what made me post this review. We stopped on the way home and I used the restroom and they were out of toilet paper. When I informed an employee they informed me the whole store was out of toilet paper. How does a restaurant run out of toilet paper!!
Staff was friendly, food tasted on par with other Chipotles(good), and it was decently clean for peak hours.
As far as Chipotles go, this one is decent. Service is polite and for the most part quick. Could do a better job of cleaning the lobby. They constantly overcook the tortilla chips.
It's Chipotle food was good, staff is friendly.But why is there a menu of items I can only order from online? It makes zero sense.
Ate at this chipotle Feb 15th with my whole fam and everyone started throwing up a few hours afterward small kids included. It was quite unfortunate. Food tasted great going down. Lol
