I LOVE this place! It's such a nice change from the ordinary! It's a bit expensive however, I typically get 3 scoops and it's equal to 3 meals! I LOVE bringing it home and putting the chicken salad on bread! Yummy!
One of the only chains I'll go to anymore, the food is always pretty good, the service is good and them cookies! Even better cause it's one of the few that has a drive through.
The newly opened chain sandwich shop in town has a homely decor and all salads are fresh.
I placed an online order with this place and they called when they informed me that they were out of the items that I ordered, I simply asked if I could get a refund. It should not be a big deal right?!? Wrong! Even though I am totally entitled to a refund, it’s the next day and I still haven’t received my refund because they said a manager is not in to give them a code to process my refund. I think that is utterly ridiculous to inconvenience a customer like this. They have truly lost a regular customer.
What the hell is this? $15 will get you a terrible bowl of “chicken tortilla soup” without one piece of chicken, overcooked “beans” and they threw in tortilla strips last week or so from the looks of it. The basil, lemon chicken salad is the worst thing I have ever tasted and 15 pieces of pasta salad from the $1 Suddenly Salad box would be the only thing i will eat. TRASH!!! The pasta salad side was$4?
I had the chick with a scoop of Fancy Nancy. A side scoop of pimento and cheese. And a bowl of loaded baked potato soup. Everything was wonderful! Oh, and I can't forget that wonderful sweet lemonade! It was so great!
5 Star ⭐️ experience!! Not only was your staff friendly and dedicated to providing a great experience for me, but they are knowledgeable!! I loved being able to witness your assistant manager (who said she was stationed at the CSC in Monroe) using opportunities for coaching moments with the team member up front. Teaching them about their products while also hyping up allllll the flavors to me. I had a great visit!! I can’t wait to use your location for catering for all of my events going forward. Who ever the assistant manager is that was in your store on Friday around 5:30pm…. Recognize her!! She needs her own store (:
So this is where I will be going if I want a good sandwich. I had their chicken salad BLT and it was amazing!!!! The only downsides are that it is a little pricey for "fast food" and I wish they had some options with non sweet relish. I can't stand that stuff.
Chicken salad was absolutely delicious. Was our 1st time there and we were able to sample different flavors.I'm definitely a fan now and will be back!
Chicken Salad Chick is unique and a great change from most fast food places. Tonight I had Spinach salad with Olivia Chicken salad on a croissant. very good. light and healthy.
