Excellent food & service
My 1st choice if I have to eat fast food. It seems healthier than other places. Fast service and always polite. I would gladly wait in a very long line here just because of the service with a smile attitude.
I eat at this restaurant all the time. It has always been awesome. Today, April 4, 2022, was terrible. The order taker was indifferent. Then I asked why it was so expensive, way more than I figured for two adult meals and one child’s, the lady at the window just kept saying they raised their prices recently. (I get that is necessary with inflation) The guy handing out the food was indifferent as well. Then the food was lack luster. My Mac and cheese had that stuff in it like they scraped the sides of the pan of the gross caked on stuff. My bbq smokehouse chicken sandwich was barely warm, the cheese was ice cold and not melted at all, and there was maybe two dots of bbq sauce. Then my half lemonade, half tea drink had so little tea it just tasted like watered down lemonade. All around it was a huge disappointment. I will go back because normally it is the best in town. I hope their manager reads this and fixed what happened today.
Everyone knows that Chick-fil-A is awsome. Their employees are given proper training, making every visit a great one. Thanks for the commitment to Customer service.
I was recently given the wrong order at this location. When I called to report the mistake I was told that my order would be in the system and I could come anytime within the next 30 days to pick up the correct order. When I went to chick fil a to redeem this order I was then told I was if fact NOT in the wrong order system. I was, for good reason, upset and confused. Mary then worked diligently to find my order and correct the mistake that was previously made. I am so graful for the dedication the team members have to their job and the community.Forever a customer. Thank you Mary!
Always a very busy location, but they are on the ball! Several staff were working the drive through. Every time I have come through this location everything has been on point. The food is always hot and fresh and they have yet to mix any of my orders up. The staff are all polite and friendly , as is the usual at most locations! Only real downside is the road getting into the location is a bumpy backed up shitshow, and that's not the restaurant's fault.
Same excellent service despite bust foot traffic.This location is well organized and managed despite being in a busy location off the highway. We received the same great service we are accustomed to with minimal increased wait time. I would eat here again.
Beyond polite, as always. Always wish you a blessed day. And no masks so I can actually hear what they are saying to me. Oh and have never been disappointed with my meal.
They seemed unusually busy for 4:45pm. Only one lane of the drive thru was open and the line wrapped around the building so I walked in. Ten employees were in the front of house, which seemed somewhat disorganized from usual CFA operations. There was only one person designated to finish expediting and delivering the carry out orders and since he had other responsibilities the takeout orders noticeably piled up while a few employees seemed lost for something to do. Some LEAN training could really help here from what I saw tonight.
Always a treat to go there. Food is delicious and prepared the same. Drive thru is constantly crowded but they have the right amount of people working so never a long wait time.
