Ordered a muffuletta to go and since it was from a pizza place in Slidell I didn’t expect it to be all that. But guess what? It was all all that and I think it’s better than central grocery on Decatur in Nola. In the words of The Who, “It’s the best I ever had”!
Food as always was OVER THE TOP DELICIOUS! We ordered the "Godfather" pizza...ohmygoodness is it yummy!! I have had the same ingredients in a Calzone from them that was fantastic and the pizza did not disappoint! They now have a 2nd location but I have only been to the original location because it is 5 minutes from our home! Will continue to get pizza and calzones from Camellia City Pizza!

This place was amazing. The food was AMAZING. EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING. This place will have you rethink what pizza should taste like, you'll never want those other delivery pizzas again. YUM!

Was our first visit but not our last! We love pizza, esspecially specialty puzzas, we had the chicken and artichoke pizza and it was very good.
This was our first time trying Camellia City pizza and…..I can’t say enough good things!!! I went in for a pick up order and arrived a few minutes ahead. From the moment I opened the door I was greated so warmly by the staff. I was offered a drink multiple times while I waited. The whole staff (high school children) was professional, warm and welcoming. The amazing part they were all smiling and actually looked incredibly happy to be at work! My daughter will only be 14 next month but this is the kind of environment I hope she can get her first job at!!!! When I got home with our calzones and pasta it was heaven!!! My daughter took a bite and was like OMG this is a repeat… this is amazing!! My husband was echoing the same thing!!! He said best calzone he has ever had!!! Mine was absolutely to die for…. Only thing is they didn’t have spinach but was loaded with so many other toppings it wasn’t even missed!!! Great atmosphere, food and staff!!! Way to go to the owners and management!!! Definitely a repeat on our takeout menu!!! Excited about the new location closer to our house on military!!!
Was the first time and years I had a really good experience at a restaurant in Slidell. My experience was with a young girl who was working the register and a younger boy who was cooking the pizza. Both of them were overly polite and went above and beyond with my order. Also the pizza was pretty damn good
We stumbled upon this place randomly. Their pizza is absolutely delicious. Super friendly people. We would definitely return!!
