Ordered 2 snowballs. Stated clearly i wanted a kiddie and a medium. They repeated the order back. I still get both snowballs without condense milk that I asked for. The first one she handed to me she said oh its gonna be an extra dollar. Okay whatever. Then when she handed me the next one and I noticed there was no condense she said its gonna be another dollar.... Im sorry you messed up on both of my snowballs and im paying for both screw ups?? Plus the attitudes of the girls working were terrible. I couldve used a snowball stand closer to the house but ive always had pleasant experiences at bayou snoball. I wont be going back after today. Thanks but no thanks
Snow balls dried out taste like ice. Asked for condensed milk and they only put a drop on there. So disappointed will not be returning
Always fast and super friendly. One of the only places that have dairy free soft serve ice cream!! And it's so good!
Best snowballs in Slidell. Reminds me of Williams snowballs in N.O Like Benny Grunch and the Bunch says, ain't there no more .

Not as good as they used to be. Snowball was super dry. Chunky ice, not soft at all. Pretty sure their pickles used to be different too. It’s just the van holten’s.

We came from out of town. Our friend from Slidell brought us here and it did NOT disappoint. The service was great and the owner was super friendly. Definitely check it out.
