I was expecting a really good chicken ? sandwich, a whole breast fillet Maaaaybee, I don't know...What I got is 3 Soggy Chicken Strips on a Overly toasted bun. ??The staff were rude and acted like It was a bother for them to be Working on my Order.Sooo Yeaaaa...Oh Yeah,.... I drove from Texarkana Arkansas To Shreveport Louisiana on a Whim for this Stupid Chicken Sandwich.I was extremely disappointed and won't go anywhere to eat "on a freakin' whim" ANYMORE. ??
This is the slowest fast food place I ever go to. When I do go, I make sure I have an extra 30 mins to burn if I really want Zaxby’s because it usually takes that long. Drive-thru or inside.
This place is horrible. Every time I come here I have to wait almost 30 minutes in the drive thru. After waiting all that time the people at the window don’t even apologize for the wait they just stick their hand out for payment not hello how are you anything.. and to make it worse they just hands you your food and close the window. I do not recommend this location to any one it needs better management or something
Absolutely horrible service. I completed a 30 minute conference call while waiting in the drive thru with only one other vehicle in front of me. The workers are the laziest I have ever witnessed. I don't know who owns this establishment but if you don't want to lose your investment, you had better get a handle on this place.
Very clean. Took awhile to get an order of fries, but they came out HOT and fresh which was worth the wait. The chicken was cooked perfectly. First time going but I definitely will be back.
Tried to place an online order for today, not available. Called, no answer. Went to the restaurant, lights were on, but no one was manning the drive thru and no one would open the lobby doors (even though folks were inside and it was during their regular hours of operation). Not sure how this place has survived for this long with such poor management. Every time I've been there this year, the service has been substandard. I absolutely will not be returning to this establishment and wouldn't recommend it, even if they paid me. They desperately need new management.... I'll be very surprised if they are still open 6 months from now.

It was fresh fast and good customer service. I got the spicy chicken sandwich but it wasn't very spicy but was still good.
I was highly disappointed with the way I was treated. I ordered from the online service and when I showed up to the location a tour bus was allowed to order through the drive through individually person. I have no issue with that but when you prepurchase you should be given the option or cancel you order not be treated as an inconvenience. I contacted them and they still haven't offered a refund or contacted me. All other fast-food changes allow the customer to cancel their orders. I will never eat there again!
Although the wait was long with 3 cars in front of me I understand they are understaffed at the moment. With that said the lady at the drive-thru window was very polite and professional and the food was fresh and very tasty which made it worth the wait.
