Best to order online. Very slow counter service. Waited half hour for wrong order. The so-called boneless wings are simply chicken nuggets. Fries were greasy. Large portions but not cheap. Meals do not include beverage. Will not come back.
Terrible establishment. First of all they take forever to make an order. They say 13-18 min, but is always at least an hour. They jus completely left an entire meal off my order n then wouldn’t answer the phone when I called back. They literally ROBBED me. I definitely would NOT recommend this place. Save ur self
Other than them always being backed up, The Wings are good but their ranch is it's own vibe.
The cooks can't count out the correct number of wings but charge full price. Avoid this location bossier Wingstop is better. Half of my so called boneless wings were just fried greasy batter, no meat to be found. The fries were old cold and salty. Ordered online and still had to wait for my order when I got there. What is the use of ordering ahead.
Horrible food & quality. Wings barely sauced. Best part of the meal was the drink & veggie sticks!
Great wing's, we ended up getting the 4-20 hemp flavored wing's which were amazing, but the wait had us about to go crazy, I suggest calling ahead, before you leave home,u will wait extra long if not.
My wings were soggy. I ordered well done and on top of that they forgot my order. I ordered before people and they had gotten their food way before mine and we ordered the same thing. I like my wings crispy not soggy. It took an hour for me to get my food. I ordered at 9:13p and I left there at 10:15p. Once again they ordered after me. Wingstop is my favorite wing place. But I was very disappointed it.
I’d love to know why the phone rings for 2 minutes then says goodbye and hangs up… also super cool that I called last night actually got someone to answer and she said can you please hold I have a customer in store I’ll be with you shortly… 42 minutes later still on hold. Honestly we had already gotten food elsewhere but stayed on the line to see exactly how long we would be on hold. I can guarantee there was not a customer in front of her for 42 minutes. It would’ve been longer but we hung up once we got other food… Service is HORRIBLE. I placed an online order tonight to pick up the wait is 45-49 minutes which is understandable I’m sure bc of short staffing. but I’m sure I’ll get there and something will be wrong or it won’t even be made. I tried to call just to verify the online order but the same issue of the phone ringing with no answer and it hangs up.
Ordered on door dash. Food came missing fries and the wings were the wrong flavor. Called to have it fix and they said they would…. They made the wings the wrong flavor again. Sucks
BEST food EVER!! Every flavor is DELICIOUS but most of all their chicken is tender, juicy and double coated in sauces. They make their own Ranch and honey mustard sauce/ they’re both great. And…they make homemade yeast rolls that are out of this world! We use the Wing Stop on Shreveport Barksdale Hwy and we use Door Dash for delivering and every order is carefully packaged up with nothing forgotten. I highly recommend them! R. Webb
