Beyond disappointing experience. My family and I came to this restaurant today for brunch and we arrived at 10:30. When we arrived they were not “busy”. We ordered shortly after we arrived and was assured it would be out soon. The waitress was very nice and each time she passed by she made sure to advise it was almost complete. After waiting for almost an hour we asked another waitress could we cancel our order; due to us not seeing our waitress. She says, with an attitude, “you have to ask your waiter” and kept walking and never alerted our waiter. When our waiter does come to the table I advised her we’d like to cancel the order. I let the manager know what happened with the other waiter and he seemed to care less. Do not get me wrong I understand places are short staffed, which our waitress did advise us of, but when you see tables that came in AFTER we arrived and people sitting at the bar getting their food BEFORE you that an issue. The manager as well as other workers were standing by the bathroom chatting instead of helping since they were short staffed. Very disappointing experience.

We stopped here on the way home to Tx from NOLA & what can I say: my daughter chose a good 1!!! EVERYTHING I ordered the BEST dish on the menu: Redfish (Snapper) of course ?WHENEVER it’s on the menu, I order! It’s my fav dish then crab cakes. Lacy was VERY nice & attentive. The place is practically brand new, fresh, clean & VERY elegant. The ambiance is EVERYTHING. The food is seasoned well & came out hot. Bread pudding is a MUST!

Mrs. Jessica the server was so nice an sweet. This place is very clean. Relaxing atmosphere. An the boss Ryan.. I have meet him personally. But I heard good things about. How he's at work every day and only take just an hour break and plus he's a single day oh my God I respect single days and love them so very much you won't regret going to this place it is very neat drinks of your selection and the menu oh my God the menu I did not know what to order but I ordered a chicken and waffles and it tastes delicious if you want to treat yourself or if you want to just go on a date with your loved ones or maybe have a night out with the girls this is the spot to go at trust me you won't regret it.

Absolutely horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. When our appetizers arrived they were burned and cold. We ordered steaks medium well and well done and both were red/rare. The steaks were sent back twice and still were undercooked. We waited over an hour to speak to the manager. We were told that he was on a phone call in the office. When he finally came he said he was at the grocery store and that’s what took him so long even though we saw him walking around the restaurant. By far the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Will not be coming back. The best thing was the mimosas. Our server was okay. I think she just was having a hard day. Nothing was her fault. Definitely need to work on the kitchen service.

Candice was the lifesaver for our experience at Windrush. At first we were told that there would be a 30 minute wait in which we kind of thought maybe 45 minutes. An hour into waiting were told that a family that had come in earlier and put their name on the list and left we're going to get the next available table.. The reason why this is upsetting is because we called to try to make reservations and we were told they were not necessary. However, putting your name on the list and leaving and then coming back is equivalent to a reservation. After an embarrassing 15 minutes of back-and-forth they finally decided to sit us at the table.I'm not sure if they were trying to bring all of our food out at the same time and that's the reason why our food was extremely cold, or they were not happy with the back-and-forth and decided to punish us-either way it was ?You see, we are not the type to send food back because we know it may not come back the same way it went in. Oh, the $11 1 slice of bread- Avocado toast with a smear of creamed Avocado was absolutely ridiculous! The only reason I gave it a 3 is because Candice the bartender was absolutely friendly and Professional. The rest of the experience was not.

First, the food was great! We had the potstickers, a hickory burger, and a breakfast burger. Loved the burgers and the fries! We want to order the chocolate sack but we don’t know if our waiter will ever come back. The hostess was hiding when we came in. Another party of three came in just ahead of us. The hostess was on the other side of a half wall; she didn’t look around the wall until another young woman across the room came and told her we were there. They seated the first group and the hostess seemed to forget we were there, too - even as she was looking right us.Once seated, our server seemed to constantly forget that we were there. Someone else brought out our food, but we had to flag down another server to ask for a to-go box and order our dessert. In short: LOVE the food we had, but it’s not worth a 40 round trip drive and poor service. May try again to see if it was just an off day.

Food is great but service is lacking. Particularly on pick up orders. Showed up to pick up my order to find out they gave it to a door dash driver. Was told it would be 10 minutes to remake the order, it was 45. 2 hours from initial order to food in hand. Typically you would at least expect a free dessert or something, but at least I got my food. And to be fair it was delicious.

Great tasty food and cool environment!

This restaurant will go out of their way to make sure that you have a great meal/experience! Was very skeptical at first, but have had great meal after great meal here. The brunch is amazing as well. Can't say enough nice things about the overall experience. 5 Stars!!!

My friends food was cold as ice on arrival, I wanted to send it back, but she was going to accept the nonsense . The server wasn't on top of their game. The shrimp were tasty, but the toothpick thin shoestring sweet potato fries were tough as nails, basically sliced too thin and fried too long. Coleslaw was decent. Overall very pricey, but that's part of the Provenance scenario. Who can pay more for less? If not for these out skirt restaurants being in a very wealthy area they certainly wouldn't make it. The building is beautiful and I'm quite sure the lease is through the roof.
