Wonderful lunch stop! The meal was delicious, bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly and quick to get us our order. The seating area is quite nice and was not too crowded. Whataburger is such a treat, they don’t have them where we live!

It was good but honestly the one in Monroe la was better. They didn't have any hamburger buns so they but the burgers on Texas toast but I enjoyed it never the less
Stopped by after a long road trip from Texas. We were surprised but excited to find a Whataburger in Louisiana! However, our experience was horrible. They messed up our order BIG TIME after a long wait, but replaced my daughter's burger and upgraded it. Much appreciated. My mom on the other hand was too HANGRY to bother with it, and we just wanted to get back on the road. One of the Manager's approached me and my kiddos while we were waiting. He was creepy! I can't help but feel like he was taunting us about our face masks/covers and hinting that he wanted us to leave. Never ordering or stopping at this location again.
No busy at all. In drive through 15 mins and still haven't even moved. Only 1 car in front of me. 4 people behind me drove off and now I am. Get it together
?There service was so slow, it was absurd. Plus the person taken the order was rude and I couldn't understand, what she was saying, because she talking way to fast, so I drove to another competitor. ?
The customer service is not what it was. No one greets you when you come in. They stand around and waits on some other employee, move to take your order. They have an attitude while taking your order. Will not be coming back. Spend my money, where I feel like I'm appreciated at.
Pretty terrible. They're slow and take too long to cook the food. It took me 10 minutes to get my food.I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you want terrible service and rude workers. If you hate working here then quit and find somewhere else to work.They even forgot my food and didn't include any napkins. Mediocre service with mediocre employees.
We've been waiting 20 minutes for 2 burgers. The new employee watching training videos is sitting next to us and has his pants sagging to his mid thigh. Neon green underwear. Way to go management team. Epic Fail
Always busy, which is a good thing if you like hot food, but as with most fast food these days, the customer service is dead. No smiles, no "hello", no "thank you" and no "have a nice day". It's bad when the staff is impatient and borderline rude, I thought that's usually the customer after a 20 minute wait. I like the food but often feel like I should apologize to the crew for interrupting their...whatever it was they were doing before I got in line.
