The food was acceptable and met my expectation for a fast food restaurant. I had the junior cheeseburger which is a good size for an adult without being too filling. The fries were okay but nothing great and the service was just acceptable.
Shake machine always down and they stop serving mishrooms on the food and i was curious to why.the manager was annoyed at me asking and the mushroom melt was my favorite.it was emotional damage.she took over the cashier to try to push me along and with an atitude
I wish I could leave zero stars. We typically love Whataburger however our two experiences here have been HORRIBLE. The first time it took thrity minutes to get through the drive through while employees were standing around chatting. The second time we were going through the drive through and no one was at the first window, we continued to pull forward to the second window but before we got the second window an employee stepped out the side door and repeated our order to us and took our payment. It took awhile to get our card back and but we eventually did and then we received our food and left. The next day our credit card company alerted us someone had used our card fraudulently multiple times after we left Whataburger over the next 24 hours around Shreveport (we are from East Texas and had returned home), yet we had not used that card once since then. BE CAREFUL HERE! I will never let someone take my card, even an employee again.
Pretty pathetic when they want to get you through their drive thru quickly, yet they aren't fast themselves and mess up your food. We are on a long trip and don't have time to turn around. We tried to contact the store itself after they messed up the order, but they don't answer their phones.

I do like the food for a fastfood option. Unfortunately, I've visited other restaurants in other parts of the country and they are far superior but in a pinch I feel this is one of the best options in our area.

Food is usually always good, but today the service was lacking. After waiting 18 minutes for an order that was placed online, they did not include requested condiments and utensils. After going back through the line the same employee who rushed us through the line to begin with and said everything was already in the bags, had to be reminded and sent back 3 times to get 3 items.
Staff was very professional in all wore their mask I'm very pleased with this place and the food was excellent
