Very poor people skills in the Drive Thru. Tried to place an order and young lady on other end of intercom cuts me off, saying "You don't have to scream at me". After apologizing and saying I wasn't aware I was screaming, she snaps back "Yes you were". Management should really train employees how to deal with the public.
The young lady bringing the food outside was very pleasant despite the heat they had two lanes to ensure faster service and she asked if I would like any condiments before returning inside after accepting my payment then returned with what I asked for.
I only give a 4 star because of the awesome kid and cook in the kitchen made everything as possible as possible could get and the kids professionalism through being heckled by a bunch of high schoolers knowing the time it took for their food to get to them is out of their hands.However... The manager last night left knowing there was three in the kitchen. And could have helped them out after she was done dealing with the delivery stuff. If it was me i wouldve been in trying to find people to come in or i wouldve stayed until rush died down at least. Ive worked fast food before.
Well it's not the same. I guess it depends on who cooking. The drive through is very very slow. As well as the inside. I rather drive across town. Keeping it ? !!!
Food and coffee was perfect and FOUR staff people went out of their way to be nice!
I love whataburger but this location jacked my burger up and it was sloppy made. They had to remake the burger. They were also out of napkins and told a customer they could go to the bathroom and get some. ? How about the manager going to Walmart across the street and buying some napkins. ??♀️
Great food and a nice parking lot to take a nap in too. Had dinner and a cup of. Coffee in the. Morning too.

Whataburger always has good breakfast sandwiches and burgers for lunch. I really like the fries. Even with 2 drive thru lanes running full at lunch they get you taken care of quickly.
I came in yesterday the lady with a grey shirt she was just very rude , everyone else was very nice and the food was good .
