Second drive thru lane was closed, but there was no cone placed in that lane indicating that it was closed. I had to call them to find out. Sat in line for far too long to find that out.
Spicy freakin Ketchup! ? They are always slower than other "fast food joints". Well worth the wait tho imo.
Needed to stop by quickly for breakfast; coffee and bun sandwich. I went through drive through ansd service was professional and friendly. No complaints at all. I needed a spoon so I had to go inside and I noticed the store was very clean. Keep it up Whataburger! Satisfied customer!
I asked three times for NO MAYO. They slobbered mayo all over the sandwich like they hate me personally and want me to choke. Ridiculous.
I WAS IN LINE FORE TWO HOURS AND COULD NOT EVEN GET OUT OF LINE EVEN IF I WANTRD TO BECAUSE THERE WERE SO MANY CARS. THEN WHEN I DID ORDER AND FINALLY HOT MY ORDER I LEFT THINKING OK SHE JUST REPEATED MY WHOLE ORDER TO ME I SHOULD BE OK BUT THE WAS WRONG I ORDERED A CHICKEN SANDWICH WITH SWEET TEA I GOT A DOUBLE BACON BURGER WITH UNSWEET TEA!! WORSE EVER BUT THAT WAS MY FAULT BECAUSE I SHOULDN'T HAVE TRUSTED HER REPEATING THE ORDER BACK TO ME. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEGORE PULLING OFF EVEN IF YOU HAVE WAITED FOR TWO HOURS
For late night at Whataburger... Incredibly fast drive through. Hot, correct and good late night 'junk food's run!
This Whataburger is not NEARLY as good as the ones in Texas! First the burgers just didn't seem the same, then I also ordered a chocolate shake, and got a vanilla with a splash of chocolate in it. I told the cashier I ordered a chocolate and she insisted that it was. Now to her credit, I asked if she would please add more chocolate and she did, but WAS SO SO SLOW about it. Everyone in there seemed to be in slow-mo, one customer even walked out.
Food was fresh and customer service is always great. No ugly unprofessional attitudes. I appreciate that so much.
Extremely slow service in the mornings. Food is fine, but can't get breakfast here if it's going to take that long.
Quick service, great food. They were pretty busy and we still got our food pretty quick and 100% accurate.
