We ordered 4 milkshakes , 2 large chocolate ,1 medium DR pepper and 1 small DR Pepper. The chocolates were more like vanilla had no chocolate to them all. I parked and went inside (ordered in drive thru) when I explained to them these were vanilla not chocolate I got quite a few stares from the workers especially the drive thru worker. They ended up remaking them but it was a bit awkward standing their waiting when they kept glancing up and talking about us.
Services much faster than expected. Not saying this will happen again since nearly all other Whataburger restaurants are slow. Hey, the burgers are good!
I ordered a chicken barbecue sandwich meal. The sandwich bread had way too much butter and was soggy. The fries were warm and the Dr. Pepper shake was a us.
This was my first time at this location && we went inside. It was decent and clean and the staff was very friendly! Bedsides the group of teenagers next to cussing up a storm; we had our kids with us. Haha
The Whataburger on North Market is confusing to get to but the meal I had was good. I had a Whataburger Jr. Fries and drink for $6.63. To me that's about $2 too much but everything has gone up in price. As I write this gas is $4.19/gallon for regular.
Friendly and patient employees..fast and the food is always hot and fresh..we got breakfast and lunch at breakfast time..i love the option..
This place Whataburger Airline in Bossier City. Has good food but trend to mess orders up every time. Check your order.. This morning the place look dark and no one answer at the drive through but we asked a lady we seen out front was they open she said yes but we asked why was no one answering at the window for ten minutes. The young lady lied and said we drove off. Well of course after that wait and no voice. Place is ran poorly. Had my order wrong 6 times. Called corparate today.
Really great service. Food was good and everything was right on the order. Thank yall for doing a great job.
Tried the drive thru: pulled right up to the order kiosk and ordered quickly. However, went downhill from there. Took forever to move, then they had a car pull forward. Said car basically blocked the way. next car set at window a long time before attempting to move past. next car pulled up and set there for an extended time before getting food. At this point I decided they would get until 6:00 or I was driving away as I was sure the food would be wrong/cold. I had not moved by 6 so I left. The car behind me also left. Incompetence is all this can be chalked up to. This took nearly 20 minutes, no telling how long it would have went on. Wont be back to this location.
I purchased the pancake breakfast. I didn't feel as though the price fit the breakfast. There was pancakes, which were great by the way, sausage, and hashbrowns, but no eggs. It's not breakfast without eggs.
